GiftTree is a perfect choice to buy gift for someone. Their gift baskets are to the apt. Totally price worthy baskets.

I found the ordering process very easy, and the tracking updates helpful. My brother loved the gift basket 'filled with goodies.'

I live in a high rise condo and had no idea that my order (which was a gift to a friend) via UPS had already been attempted to be delivered but to no avail since there wasn't someone at the front desk to sign for it (because it had alcohol). Next thing I know a third and final delivery attempt was being made (which was already a few days past the requested delivery date) and it would be returned if a delivery signature could not be obtained. Although I understand the reason for the signature, had I known how much of a hassle this was going to be and that I could not trust that my gift would actually be delivered on the requested date, I would not have made the order. I guess what I'm saying is that if alcohol is involved, it would have been nice to get a disclaimer or warning as part of the check-out process that this order is dependent upon an adult being able to sign for it upon delivery. That would have given me pause and at least I'd know that if no one is at the front desk of my building when a delivery is made that I might not get the delivery. And yes, maybe there was some information in the small print somewhere, but I want it more obvious.

Buying from Australia for family in the USA is always a little difficult. You have more than enough choice and hopefully our brother will love his gift.

This maybe the last time I use this service cause this is the second time I received poor service.

It was very easy to order and items were very everything elegant and impressive!

We ordered a sharing tree value 100 for my niece recovering from surgery.
We had trouble with the website and clicked on delivery for July 6,
On that day we finally got the invoice that said delivery would be July 13 which was unacceptable. When we phoned to ask about it we were told if we wanted it delivered before the13th we would be charged 22 dollars for 2 day delivery.
Then UPS delivered it a day late
My niece loved the gift but in my opinion their customer service needs improvement

There should be no charge for ribbons for common occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Or include in price so we will not feel you are nickel and diming us.

GiftTree is 100% focused on making sure everything about the gift is perfect! During my order I filled out a card for the person I was giving the gift to, but I forgot to sign it. Instead of just auto-processing the order, GiftTree saw that I had forgotten to sign the card, contacted me about it, and allowed me to correct my mistake at no cost to me. Now that's great customer service! Not to mention the person I sent the gift to absolutely loved it, and said the package was beautifuly put together, and the basket was superb quality that she was going to keep and put on display!

The girl that helped me was great. I had a coupon But I didnt realize it was a one day and expired. She helped me to send the perfect gift and I was able to use a different coupon not as much as the one that expired but it helped. She was very patient and kind and sweet. I appreciated her consideration and time. Truly and asset to your company.
I have always had the nicest people to assist me, and I thank you for that. Love your company.

For a quick gift it was good and the price was worth it.
