The items offered on the website were great. However, trying to get the gift delivered was not a pleasant experience.

Awful. The cupcakes arrived stale and 3 days late. My gift didn't make it to the event they were given as a gift for, and I ordered delivered one day before the event in case there was an unforeseen delay.

The gift was suppose to leave 9th for delivery.
Instead it arrived 17 days before my friends Birthday and she was not even home.

This is the1st time I have used this company and will be using it again.
A good selection of gifts and the delivery was bang on time.

Never heard from the recipient during the week the gift basket was delivered. Then I received an email from him saying he received a gift basket without a card and did it happen to be from me. Very disappointing and probably uncomfortable for him to send that email.

I was looking for the perfect gift and found it with the red wine gift basket!

My dads birthday gift and he has not received it. I have called UPS and Gift tree still no response from them or UPS

This order was scheduled to be delivered today July 22, instead is was left on my front porch on July 21. This package contained chocolate and although it had 3 small ice packs it was left on a porch and the temperature outside was well in the 80s. I was not notified that the package was delivered. This was purchased for a gift to be given to a family member tomorrow night. With that being said, I have not unwrapped the package. I am hoping that the chocolate did not melt and then "reform" after I placed it in my refrigerator.

I paid over $55 in shipping costs to have a gift delivered on a specific day. The delivery was attempted, but the recipient wasn't home. Had it been clear to me a signature was required I would have made alternate arrangements. The two gifttree customer service representatives insisted that it was clear on the site, and after a significant amount of time on the phone, didn't offer me as much as a coupon for a future purchase for the disappointment. While they did call to apologize, that didn't address that I'd spent nearly 30% of the cost of the gift for a delivery that did not occur as promised.
