Easy to order what I wanted & perfect delivery with attention given to notification of delivery date!

Great gifts, easy to shop. Wonderful selection. Ordered what I needed in 3 minutes.

One of the two baskets I ordered came to our house so that we could deliver to our family. I was so disappointed to see the gift basket it was small containing small packages of snacks. I will likely not be giving that basket or will supplement it with other purchases. I'm also going to be embarrassed when our son in another state receives his basket - what a disappointment.

Very easy to navigate on the website and the items I got were very good

Perhaps you could include in some way more children friendly baskets

This was to be delivered on December 3rd not December 7th. This is very disappointing. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

The item arrived on time as promised. The gift box was extremely pretty and came well protected.

Ordered a charcuterie board that arrived spoiled. They wanted to resend but my sister will be out of town. Asked for a refund and they refused. Got an email that they resent one and it will arrive during the two week period they will be gone. Another spoiled gift is on its way!

Your site is so, so easy to navigate - so many varieties of beautiful, delicious baskets to choose from. A perfect holiday gift for our kids who live out of state.
And then the surprise this year - the $10 discount for adding our name to your email list!

Very upset with the shipping process. I paid the extra shipping amount in order to have my gift basket to my brother-in-law on his wedding day. I ended up coming for days after the date it was supposed to. I don't feel I should have to pay extra shipping when I could've just paid standard and got it there late as it did.

Delivery was delayed a day, but the product was still frozen. Good, but not as tasty as we expected.
