All Good but I don't believe the free doggie extra was included

Over paid for what I got. Wasn't worth the value! Got the Classic gold basket for $89. Didn't get much of a basket. Very disappointed! Will not order ever again

The delivery was late and caused problems for our friends since they were going out of town when the delivery was rescheduled. What should have been a pleasant gift turned into an inconvenience for our friends. Email was used for notification. With other companies for deliveries that cost a lot less, I have gotten phone calls and text messages if there was an issue with delivery, a much more direct, efficient and prompt notification process. Even Amazon for $4 items has a process in place that tracks deliveries via text messages. I expected much better customer service considering how much our gift cost and how much more I would have spent with future orders if I was satisfied with this delivery. I have now gone elsewhere for my other gift items.

This the 2nd time I have ordered from Gift Tree, its a brilliant and simple process. I am ordering from New Zealand so having confidence in the service is a must.

I ordered my gifts in October to be sent. I ordered early due to supply chain. They were not available and I just found out almost too late to order. You have not equal replacement and only offered me a gift card to replace it with. If I wanted to give a gift of gift card it wouldn't be from gift tree. The only similar items are now 30 more. I canceled those orders and gave my business to another company.

Delivery was early. Recipient was delighted. I'm very satisfied

First, I paid almost $30.00 to have the gift delivered on my daughters birthday... it arrived the day after. My daughter sent me a picture of some of the fruit. NOT pretty at all! It was bruised and rotten looking. I also sent flowers, spent extra to have them delivered on her birthday... she has not received them yet. Will never order from this site again.

The amount i paid for the basket did not represent what i received. The quality of the products is cheap

I didn't even save money by switching, but thought instead of cookies, I would send fruit. OMG My client received rotten fruit with no packaging protecting the fruits inside a huge box. I am disgusted.
