Ordering was easy and the delivery was on time. Each step was communicated to me by email.
All the fruit was rotten. Both baskets. I want all my money back or I will call BBB. You people were terrible. Should of went with Harry and David
The card I filled out was not put in baskets. My fried had no ideal who sent it. Plus I chose Dec for delivery and it was delivery the 13 why ask a Date then don't deliver on that date. And to not put the card in that I filled out was just plain wrong.
Very easy to place orders and delivery on time as promised.
Unfortunately the bottom box was dented in pretty bad but the rest of it looked great. It's a Christmas gift so we haven't tried it yet.
Ordered as gift for son and daughter in law, they loved It! The only thing lacking in my experience was a shipping update. I would have liked to be notified when it shipped. Other than that, easy to order, was delicious and I got kudos for a great gift!
I am waiting on a customer service rep to get back to me on my refund of almost $209 on two baskets smaller then a show box
I booked my order to be delivered on the 17th, I got it on the 10th.
The worst part was that the fruits were all spoiled already!, also the packages inside the box were damaged. Customer service was fast to solve the issue. I got the refund, but I am still very disappointed.

Wet happy with the gift basket we sent to our friends for the holidays. It was delivered earlier then expected. Customer service is wonderful.
This company is complete trash! Spent an hour trying to place an order. The janky website wouldn't complete the order, so I called customer service. Spent another 15 minutes trying to place the order online just for the rep to tell me that it won't become available for another 3 weeks. Stay away at all cost to protect your sanity.
I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to friends for a party. Selected a delivery date of 12/22. Received message, basket would be delivered 12/14. Then received a second message that it was delivered 12/11. Both dates too early! Very disappointed.
