The company offered "Godiva and Champagne" and provided a choice of champagne.
My order was Godiva plus Perrier Jouet, but they shipped a cheap local Sparkling wine, the cost of which from their website is $ 24.00 per bottle.
Besides, the gift was ordered for December 28th, but was delivered on the 24th. When complaining about it after the delivery, they just did not offer restitution

We have been using Gift Tree for several years now and we absolutely love them.

Made 3 Purchases on Harry & David web site. Two received GiftTree gift cards with no explanation and 3rd received nothing. WHAT HAPPENED?

I ordered a gift for my Dad because it said it would be delivered by Friday, Dec. 24th. That was important - I would have gone with another gift if I thought it wouldn't be delivered for Christmas. It wasn't delivered until Monday the 27th so it was disappointing for all.

I placed an order on the 11th, 6 days later I was advised it was on backorder and I needed to change my order. My original order had a $20cpn and free shipping. I wrote to you asking for another $20cpn, but never heard back. I needed to place the order so it would be delivered before Christmas. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed. I then placed a second order - AGAIN it couldn't be delivered on time SO I CANCELLED. You even responded OK CANCELLED. YET GUESS WHAT... It was delivered and I was billed. I will NEVER ORDER Thru GiftTree again.

Totally disappointed as it was 4 days late and all ice was melted and product was not good. Total waste of money, disappointment as this was a gift to family.

The service you offered is nice. We are seraching in the web for christams gift to my fried living in oklahoma state. I am in Dallas.

Disappointed. Original delivery date indicated January 4. It arrived 10 days early when folks were not home.
Who knows if it will be still good upon their return.

I ordered a gift for two different homes / people and never received a confirmation after I paid by AMEX. I ordered the same thing again and also charged it to my AMEX. I called the customer service number and spoke with Brittany who was very helpful to confirm that it was only ONE order for each person, not two. She said it was indeed two and that I couldn't get a refund, but she would re-route the second orders but that it would cost a fee. I said ok. Both of my gift recipients received TWO of the same gift and the second order wasn't re-routed.

I get it that shipping during this global pandemic is challenging but don't wait 8 days to send me shipping info and only after I reach out to you do you send me a non working FedEx tracking number. But I will give you a thumbs up on getting my gift to my dad on time.

Several of my gifts will not be delivered until next year. Will not use them again.

Shipping dates-paid extra to get gift delivered before Christmas, but it will arrive 3 days late. A gift basket ordered days later from Wine Country arrived on time. If GiftTree continues to be unreliable, will have to shop elsewhere.

They claim free shipping and at check out they add $4.95 for special handling and an other $4.95 for FedEx?

Did not send the complete basket that I ordered; but after several phone calls the situation was rectified. Waiting to hear from recipient

GiftTrees have been consistently well received. They make a beautiful presentation and are beyond reliable on delivery times. This time the Holiday basket was even early. They are my go to for gift baskets.

Easy online purchase. I'm glad it updated me on payment, that the order I first had in mind was out of stock and there would miss the Christmas delivery. So I chose a different package and it got there on time as specified.

I ordered from Harry & David and got Gift Tree? Why?
