We ordered centerpiece arrangements for thanksgiving this year and we received enthusiastic thank you notes so we ordered some pricy variety food baskets for Christmas, one of which was delivered to our home. It is very small and its too late to do anything about it. No good feedback from shipments.
Gift Tree's website was easy to use and all gifts were received on time. Everyone who received a Gift Tree basket commented on how lovely their gift was. Thank you!
After a purchase months ago, I still receive emails from Gift Tree. I have clicked on the button to unsubscribe a hundred times and the attached image comes up. This is their way of not permitting customers to unsubscribe and these marketing emails come in DAILY! Martin McClanan CEO and founder Craig Bowan should be embarrassed by these unethical policies. Perhaps the local DA, FCC, and FTC will be notified. DON'T PURCHASE from this company if you don't want your inbox filled daily with this marketing ploy!
The gift came as a number of items inside a carton box — no beautiful presentation. Why the price is 130 dollars?

A reply email advised that the voucher was time-expired but no expiry date was on the voucher.

Gift voucher was not recognised at checkout but live chat with Ashley a few minutes ago sorted it very quickly and efficiently. Much appreciated as I am in England and relying on your online gift service for family in S. Antonio. Excellent service.

Arrived on time but meat and cheeses were warm, mushy and very greasy packages. They offered to refund partial credit but the items are not edible or appealing

I paid extra for 4 baskets to be delivered by a certain day and they were NOT delivered by that day. When I called customer service they didn't do anything and just told me it's not guaranteed. Horrible customer service. I should be refunded the extra money I paid for shipping.

This season, I have ordered four different GiftTree packages for my friends and family. As a repeat customer, shouldn't I be receiving a discount on orders made after the first one?
Not good enough - this was a fairly expensive item I purchased but the contents were disappointing.
There was enough fruit but very few snacks and individual small pieces.
This was the first time I ordered from you and it will most likely be the last.
