The basket was very small compare to what was shown
The order was for chocolate dipped dried fruit. The photo showed chocolate dipped prunes, dates, pineapple, cherries and apricots. What I got was chocolate dipped pineapple, dried, tough, stringy apricots, and what appeared to be possibly kiwi but it was difficult to tell because it lacked any flavor. The chocolate coating was very good and the pineapple was delicious (wish there were more). Most of the pieces were apricots which were very tough and impossible to chew. The kiwi was tough to eat with no flavor. I was charged way too much for shipping and handling considering what was advertised. I would not order this again. It was disappointing and far too expensive. Much of it was partially eaten for the chocolate and the unchewable fruit spit out. I certainly would not buy this again.
The lobster dinner was well received but my reason for picking gift tree was the dachshund free gift since the dinner was for my dog walkers. After requesting, I was told it was random the limited supply so feel it was not really available at all.
Order was delivered promptly, packed very well, eighty eight year old aunt loved everything in the basket.
Item not delivered as instructed but was delivered early intact.
Persons receiving baskets were pleasantly surprised, well received.

I placed ordered on the Dec 13th for delivery date of Dec 28th for a birthday present for a actual birthday on Dec 29th. The item didn't get there till Dec 30th!
The system allowed me to pickup a delivery date, which I did since gifts sometimes are meant to be given in honor of the particular events. Not so fast to be happy
Though, my gift arrived a week before the chosen date. When I called the customer service to ask them why so, the agent was kind of nasty saying they tried to get them out as fast as possible. Sound good-Hah? But then why to allow us to choose it?
The packaging didn't make it clear that I sent the gift.
My friend was very pleased and said the packaging was first class!
Received basket with only half of items in it. Waiting for items to be sent that were not in basket. Basket was also damaged.
Selection and ordering process was easy, package arrived on time (in another state). Got a great big thank you for a great gift!
Found this lovely gift basket with a great assortment of goodies. Sent it to my daughter in Florida. It arrived a day early, but since there was alcohol in it, there had to be a signature. It was brought back the scheduled day of delivery, signed for and ENJOYED. Would use this service again in a heartbeat.

One, wrong "purchase date": December 21st, 2021… it's December 9th, 2021 plenty December 24th for Eve Christmas.
One order BUT 2; Chocolate (December 21st) and Fruit/cheese/Wine (December 28th).
You Guys screwed up!
Never again! The worst Gift Tree price $$$$$$ and tiny chocolate and bad fruit!
The order I purchased included chocolates and a message. The order was received with great presentation, but no message was communicated.
