Website was easy to follow and prices were fair. The timeline was great and I really appreciated no additional shipping costs. My only request would be a few mire choices like a teapot, some tea choices, mixed with wine and cheese and tea snacks. When sending to a couple one may not drink alcohol. Satisfying voth this would be s good choice.

My friends called me saying thanks for the beautiful gift
I placed 2 orders on Christmas Day and paid for expedited shipping charge for delivery on 12/31/21. When I checked on status, the orders were not even processed - called customer service and got a very nice women who helped me, looked up the orders but the best she could do was get them to their destinations (florida and california) on January 5th. If I did not call, I feel like they would have been delivered even later. The product itself is very good quality -just disappointed when promised a delivery date and not fulfilled as promised.

I ordered a gift basket on December 20th, it was not delivered until January 3rd. I was given the impression the basket would be delivered the same week I ordered it.
A lot of choices were out of stock, perhaps better planning for the festive season would help.
The wine was excellent and the selection of goodies were great. Not candy eaters

Product was suppose to be delivered by 27th and while it is delivered after new year.
The product was nice but delivery was late so they did not get it for the holiday it was intended for

There was a large range of gift baskets and prices to suit all occasions, and it was so easy to order once the decision was made. It was very satisfying to be able to track the progress of the delivery and see it had reached its destination.
They promised me a $20 discount which to date I haven't gotten. They made me pay extra to have i2 orders delivered on certain days which ups didn't do. I will never buy from them again I will use Wine Country.
