My original package was damaged in transit. I'm not overly upset about that, because these things happen once in a while. But before I was even aware of it, I received a phone call apologizing and asking if I would prefer a credit or if I would like the gift re-sent. They were gifts for games during a Baby Shower…recipients loved how unique they were. Surprised "congratulations" isn't one of your five messages (only thing that would have improved it). Gifts received within days of being ordered.

Additional - I received an email back from Sara offering a refund or replacement of the items. I was unable to reply which is a great example of the customer service gaps. Why respond to my inquiry on an email that cannot receive responses? Rather than have a refund, I'd like a replacement sent to me at the below address. I'd like to see what the quality was for myself to decide if we will continue ordering from this site. If you need additional information please let me know. Thank you very much for providing that feedback to us. We would never want your loved one to receive flowers in less than stellar condition! In order to ensure the freshest delivery possible, our shipped flowers arrive in bud form and once the flowers have been placed in water they will take about 2-3 days to bloom and reach their full potential.
The flowers are part of our 100% guarantee and we'd be happy to replace or reimburse these if they do not bloom over the next couple days.
If there are any further concerns, we ask that you send a picture of the flowers so that we can review and share this feedback with our wholesaler to address these concerns internally.
