It seems to me that you guys are the only ones that have any name brand of wines there is and that's a good things, little pricey but still good. My friend bought me this wine from California and I had a hard time trying to find it on the website until I came across you guys. Thank you.

The product was fine; the delivery was deficient.
I received an email that my gift was delivered; I thought it very strange that I heard nothing from the person who was supposed to receive it. After 2 days, I texted him and asked if he were at home - explaining that I had sent something and was told the gift was delivered. He was at home and the gift was not there. Upon searching his neighborhood, he found it on a neighbor's porch. The neighbor was away and the package sat there for 2 days. That is unacceptable to me!
Good overall website. Ordering was easy, got 10% off at checkout. Awesome. And then they delivered my gift by throwing it over my recipient's fence into the snow, and y'all offered a $10 refund. Unacceptable.
Most of it being my fault being 85 and handicapped, I went thru the packages fast and selected what I thought was a nice package and it comes with comments like the paCKAGES WERE very small although they were very tastry
Customer service was outstanding. I used the live chat feature on the website to determine what happened with the gift I had sent out for my father. It was expected to be delivered on 2/22, but the shipping label read that a label had been created, but the product had never arrived. The online rep I talked to was amazing. Quickly pulled up my account and was as puzzled as I was about why it was delayed. Offered a better shipping option, but unfortunately we were delivering to a PO Box so the same shipping applied. She requested to resend the item, which arrived four days later with accurate shipping update details. To top it off, my father loved the gift! Excellent service!

I left a respectful review that stated my experience with the product I ordered but it was never published that I can see.
While the website states that the item will be packed to secure the integrity of the items, (I find this reasonable) they do not give a picture of what to expect. I was expecting to see something similar to the lovely picture but received a shipping box with the gift basket inside and the contents shrink wrapped FLAT in the gift basket. Also, it was missing many items that were in the picture (some larger box treats that gave the basket height) and the ribbon tied around the shrink wrapped basket was tied like a child. Again, not even the bow/ribbon was like the picture. I do appreciate that the extra $8 we spent on the ribbon was refunded. I think that you would better serve your clients if you would let them know that they will have to re-assemble the gift basket and that many items may be missing or replaced with others. Then they can make the decision if they want to order from a place that is clearly okay with deceptive pictures and missing items. We ordered from you because we wanted a beautiful presentation (like the picture) not a re-assemble, tie your own bow project. If that is how all your baskets are shipped, I suggest you include instructions and glue dots to show the customer how to re-assemble the gift baskets. It was extremely disappointing. We had plans to make multiple orders until our gift basket arrived in a small brown shipping box. The basket could be shrink wrapped with the items standing up. I know because after I re-assembled ours and took time to tie the ribbon and bow to look professional, I shrink wrapped it. It could have been shipped with a larger box but I'm guessing that the way you do it (flat in a small box) saves you on shipping costs. Just be upfront with a picture of what it looks like when it arrives and that it will need to be re-assembled if they want to recreate the look that is in the picture. Thank you.
Honestly, I expected more from GiftTree, when opening my package, the basket cover was all ripped around some areas. I definitely was not happy about that.

Get a terrible experience with the delivery that took almost 2 month instead of 1 week
From the time I called, to the time it was delivered, as normal for the past few years, I will give Gift Tree the highest mark I can and then add 10 more points. It's been a pleasure doing business and plan on doing business in the future. The people that take the orders are the best I have ever worked with.

They charge $25 to change locate when UPS Drive said they didn't have correct address. However the address that was originally given was correct. Gift Tree told me that UPS Charges $25 to go to different location. That is not true, I called UPS and said if it is in the same city they don't charge a fee. So, this is a Gift Tree only.
Family delighted with gift & even arrived 2 days early
Product is great, and arrived well. Minor disappointment in it arriving 3 days earlier than requested. Also the way the gift basket was displayed online is a lot nicer than the way it was actually packed. Understandable to safely deliver the product, but not as cool.
I Ordered a gift for my girlfriend and specified tht i wanted it to be delivered on the 14th, the gidt came on friday and was left on the steps every thing was melted out meats cheeses and the ice pack. So freaking upset
The last time i purchased from tis company i also payed for expedited shipping, and my order wasn't able to be full-filled so i'm hoping the same problem doesn't re-occur.
A special message was cutoff and now the recipients have an expensive wine box engraved with half of their name! I'm so upset and embarrassed!
The gift itself was great, he loved it, especially since we're LOOOOONNGGGG distance so it was great to be able to order him something even though we're in different countries (usually the card being from abroad is an issue) He's not a fan of flowers and doesn't really like chocolate (only really smooth milk chocolate or white chocolate), so the gift was perfect.
Only flaw was it didn't arrive on the day I selected which was disappointing since you do choose the delivery date. It's a minor thing but it would've been special if he could come home to something ON valentine's day.
