The Service charge of $15.00 is not very nice compared with other online shopping store.
My gift item was not delivered when promised even though I ordered it in plenty of time. I also sent emails inquiring about the delivery and received no response.
The customer service was great and everyone loved the gift!
It was so easy and straightforward, awesome products and the presentation was amazing!.
Was told my item I chose had to be replaced due to covid. The replacement was so disappointing. Nothing at all like the display and it don't seem like Gift Tree care. I think it could have been a lot better than what was received.
I found ordering to be easy for our Administrative Professional's Day baskets. I did appreciate the call to confirm my order. Only continuous improvement would be to put a photo of what the basket will look like when shipped.
The basket is beautiful, but it arrived 3 days early... which in most cases is great but in this case it was a surprise to arrive ON the recipient's birthday, and included a URL to watch a special video... that wasn't live yet. Overall LOVE what you offer, and will be back, but I'll be sure to reach out in the future if I have a specific delivery date needed.

The gift basket I ordered arrived broken. All of the items survived, but the basket was broken. I sent a picture to Gift Tree (to the email they indicate can receive complaints). No response from GiftTree. If GiftTree can't even be bothered to respond with an apology, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Was right on time. Client is very happy. Can't ask for more.
Could not complete purchase on website. Had to call to make purchase. Purchased 2 easter baskets delivered to the same address. Required to pay 2 separate delivery fees and was given a day for delivery. The baskets were not delivered on the day specified. Entire experience very frustrating.
This is nothing like what I expected. It's just a bunch of products that need to be cut and assembled on your own board. I could've bought all of these in my local grocery store for less than half the price that I spend on it. Very big disappointment.

We make every effort on our website to display the components of our gifts so that you will know exactly what you are ordering. While shipping these gifts, especially with heavy food components, we've found that we must package the contents securely enough to protect each individual item and the integrity of the basket as a whole. We feel that this is the best practice, as shipping items upright would surely increase the risk of damage and potentially arrive in a tangled heap once it reaches your recipient.

The delivery of product wad taken card off and made sure delivered efficiently
Bought this wine bottle gift and had it personalized for my Granddaughter's 21st birthday. Not sure about the wine inside but a great souvenir remembrance for her special day. Bottle looked just like the order I placed
I paid extra for delivery on a certain date. It ended up being delivered 4 days late.
The wine trio was just perfect for my mother in law who doesn't want or need "things". Thanks Gifttree!
The Belgium cupcakes were delivered too late for the get together we were having for Easter: - (
The Belgium chocolate advertised was misleading. We thought there would be Belgium chocolate in the middle but "we think" the Belgium chocolate was the icing. Cupcakes were very messy when trying to pull the paper cup off. The cake part was just ok. We threw them away … wasn't worth the calories.
Very reasonable price, it was for my grandchildren who live in another state. I did not see the basket but they gave it high marks.
I was disappointed that most of the gift basket was filled with packing and not goodies

I have looked into the delays with your gifts and found that there were severe weather conditions with an unseasonably late snowstorm on April 12th that caused these to arrive a day later than expected. I know how upsetting it is when plans change last minute, and I am sorry that this impacted your order. We generally are not able to reimburse for weather delays, but I've processed a credit of one of the shipping fees back to your account due the checkout difficulties. You'll see this in your account in the next 3-5 banking days.
