Items differed greatly from those described something that has never happened before when I've ordered from this website. No prosciutto. Delivery was good.

Basket arrived in messy order, lots of shredded paper and just a few small bags of snacks
Only realized after I had purchased the gift that there was a bigger gift basket. When I saw the size of the gift basket I selected, I was almost embarrassed that the recipient would receive something so small. The pic makes it look like the basket is 3 feet tall when in essence, it was just 12-inches. Don't know if I'll use Gift Tree again.
Ordered a wine, fruit, cheese, cracker box to be delivered to a friend for her birthday on the other side of the country. Realized that I had to change delivery date after ordering. Contacted company via online chat-very responsive and immediately changed the delivery date. Friend who received the gift loved it.

It was supposed to be delivered on Monday, but you deliver it on Saturday. No one was going to be home all weekend so the items just sat in front of the door melting in the sun.

Very easy to order online. The site is very user friendly.
Basket was great but I paid extra for early delivery and it showed up a day later, shouldn't have requested early delivery as it cost extra and didn't happen.

The delivery was one day earlier. For a very special event it was disappointing.
I ordered a gift that required a signature because it included a bottle of wine. After three attempts for delivery, I was able to order a different item and have it delivered quickly. James Sargent from Customer Service was exceptional! He explained the options available to me and made the process easy.
