We sent this to our son & daughter-in-law after our son's release from the hosp. Very disappointed. What I saw in the picture was very different from what they received. There has got to be a way for you to ship a basket the way it looks in the pic. I can see subsatuting 1 or 2 items but most of the items listed were not in the basket. No Almond Roca, Cherry sours, peanuts, roasted peanuts, cookies, lemon sticks, or Ghirrodeli choc. Squares or tropical mix. They did receive Godiva pearls, salted caramel churro almonds (small bag), Strawberry dark choc bar, chocolate sticks, chocolate caramel barrels, dark choc aged bourban caramels, and pomagranite truffels (4).
I ordered this to be delivered on the day of my anniversary. It was shipped via STANDARD SHIPPING on the 16th for delivery on the 17th. As one would expect, it was delivered on the 18th, not the 17th. I contacted customer support and was told that it was a UPS issue not Gift Tree's error for shipping on the 16th via standard shipping? The only resolution offered was to not deliver the gift and receive a refund.
The "Happy Birthday" personalized wine gift was a huge hit with my friend. Thank you for offering such an awesome and unique gift selection.
I sent this as a gift to my bestie who lives in another state. She LOVED it, it is such a unique idea! The bottle is awesome! I'll probably send more of them to more friends!
I was delighted to be able to order from Ireland a gift for my cousin in America and have it delivered. I know I had picked a day for delivery but unfortunately they weren't in but Gift Tree kept trying and eventually it was delivered. I would have no problem recommending GiftTree
Ordered my engraved wine box and was incredibly surprised and stoked to have received it the very next day - i did not ask for expedited shipping! What service! The gift is exactly what we wanted to honor a co-worker! So impressed with everything we've gotten through GiftTree. Thank you!

They were delivered melted. This is Texas in summertime temperatures. I got the box immediately from the delivery person so they were not sitting outside.
Better if have an option add flower to a hamper order
The customer service rep was named James & he took a lot of time with me to explain ( deluxe large box of chocolates & wine) for my daughter living out of state in NJ for mothers Day. James did his best to explore discounts, delivery options that saved me some $$. I told James that I hoped to get assigned to him again.
