Hi they missed my son in laws birthday and he didn't receive it until after 1pm the following day. The package looked smaller than the picture showed when I ordered it, but it turned out to have everything in it that I had ordered.

I am updating my review after an excellent customer service experience with Sara from GiftTree. We purchased a bottle of Prosecco for a wedding gift that fell a bit short of expectation for the premium price tag. After receiving my review, Sara reached out to apologize and let me know the company is internally reviewing that product and offered to send the newlyweds an upgraded celebration bottle. We were amazed at how serious GiftTree took our comments and Sara went above and beyond to ensure our friends received a lovely wedding gift. I ordered a fruit basket, got a notice that it was going to be delivered and then received a voicemail saying "Oh, we can't find a florist to deliver your basket." Very disappointing.

We are truly sorry again that the delivery was not able to be fulfilled by one of our local florist partners. Regrettably, COVID has had a great impact on local florists and we are working diligently on updating our database to take into account all of the closures that happened over the past 2 years. That being said, this order has been canceled at your request and I've sent a gift card to you by email that can be used like cash on GiftTree.com. We do have a wide selection of gifts that ship by UPS and can be delivered anywhere in the US.

Gift Tree has a nice selection of fruit baskets that are reasonably price and free shipping is a plus.
While ordering was easy. We selected the Best for a floral arrangement and what was sent looked like something from the selection that you get in a grocery store. We also ordered a box of candy and wine. The wine we got engraved which was the best thing. The candy was never received and this was a birthday gift.
Quick and easy. Detailed description and photo was perfect. Customer service was fantastic and they very much cared about making it a five star A+ experience - and they did.

I was notified just prior to delivery that the items were not available and delivery was not possible on the date promised by GiftTree. Alas. Then asked if I wanted the extra delivery fee returned... really? So sad to fail to deliver this welcoming gift to a new young Chicago couple on their arrival day! This is the first time I've had an unacceptable gift giving experience with Gifttree.

Fantastic. Gift was sent to my mom who is difficult to buy gifts for. She turned 90 yo. Jewelry and flowers were out. A friend suggested I send a gift from Gift Tree. Mom was ecstatic to receive the basket.
