Placed the order last week for delivery on Saturday for Father's Day on Sunday, but you never showed up until Monday at 3:00 PM
Nice fathers gift…. You guys dropped the ball, and put me in an embarrassing situation.

I ordered my husband with a special father's day on it I no I half to sign when it comes always I put my Apt number on all my packages I order from you never a problem thus time the UPS DRIVER went to the Apartment Office and had them sign for it never happened with alcohol when I found out it was delivered and not to me I went down to the office and they were closed this was on a Friday June 17 2022 so needless to say I was upset tried calling you no answer so my husband never got his Father's Day wine gift from me our office is also closed today for a holiday so it is still sitting in the office iam quite upset called you today talked to a customer service rep today she could Care less refunded my 4.99 shipping and was rude I order alot of things from you over the years I spent almost 400.00 last week for 2 separate gifts never again will I order from you again you lost a good customer because of your rude customer service rep iam so disappointed in your service you ruined my weekend I counted on that wine for my husband my apt number was on my order UPS never should of delivered to the Office we have elevators in our building so easy to get to my apt just lazy never had this problem before that is all I wanted to say to you will be ordering from someone else next time THANKS FOR MESSING UP Linda Rea Votava

My experience was unacceptable. The gift was not delivered. It was a Father Day gift that should have delivered on 6/17 but as of today (Fathers Day) it has not been delivered

I checked the front door all day, looking at tracking as well. Noticed package on porch at almost 5 pm - it had been delivered at 4:28 or so. REFRIDGERATE IMMEDICATELY ON TOP OF BOX. I opened it - copious basket, lots of paper, and one silver package with 3 small cheeses in it, very soft! One small ice pack that was completely melted and warm. Olives and about 3 other small items. Awful - not kept cold, products I would be afraid to gift, and NOT a good value for the amount of $ I paid for it. I called, will be credited. Now I have to go out and fill the basket with replacement cheeses and other things for my husband's father's day.

We had a nice choice of gifts to choose from, albeit we left it late with only a few days to go. We knew our Daughter in Law would be more than thrilled with her Birthday gift, as indeed she was! We had a phone call on her Birthday to say she had received it on time!

I was able to place my order a month in advance and it arrived early the day that I picked. It was perfect.

I was very pleased with the selection and quality of the selections, everything was easy to find and it was easy to navigate through the checkout process, my son was the recipient of the gift basket and he will be the one who tells me about the wines and the other items, but he did tell me that they look amazing. The shipping was awesome as well, he received the order mid day rather than 'by 7:00 pm as stated in my email delivery statement. So thanks for making my experience an excellent one. Cute idea for birthday gift. I left something off order form, received a prompt call to get it straightened out

I thought I could get each glass a different logo but realized I couldn't. Maybe this should be an option even if one had to pay more. I was very disappointed in the etching of the glass. You hardly could see the writing on the glass. I would not order this again.
