For the amount of money I spent, the gift looks cheap, there is barely any chocolate.
I was told by the person I sent the basket to that a lady called him and was VERY NASTY, Not sure if she was from Gift Tree or where you were sending the basket from, Also I asked for a specific basket and that was not what was sent, is was suppose to be ALL fruit and there were crackers and some other item in it. Very upset with this order, I never had a problem before that's why I use you.
The gift was left at door-no one rang the bell-it sat in 90+ degree temperature until everything was soggy and wet
This time my delivery is scheduled for a later date. So I will rate this experience then.

I always order from gift tree, their products are always the best. I always recommend them to my family and friends.
The delivery date was one day later than expected. No one was home to take it in the house. Therefore it was left outside all night. I know that there is an icepack inside so I hope nothing was spoiled. Thanks Diane Leduc
The photo of the basket that I purchased does not look like what arrived. I was very disappointed as I could have made one that looked much better.
This was a birthday gift for our grand daughter. She loved it.
I'm very happy with the entire experience. The ordering process was very straight forward. There was a breakdown of any extra cost before purchasing which I appreciated. Once ordered, the delivery was very fast. Most importantly the recipients were very happy with the quality of the produ cts. I would highly recommend GiftTree. The coding on this site seems be broken. It only allow 3 stars to be checked however this was a 10/10 for me.

The plant for the visitation did not make it. It was cancelled because it could not be delivered. I was not aware of the cancellation until after the funeral! I have never been more disappointed. I was not notified until after the funeral the next day. I had zero time to make other arrangements. I was so upset and mad. I will never use Gift Tree again.
So far it's a 5 Star. We will see if the plant gets to it's funeral in a timely manner.

The first delivery was extremely hot, the cool packs were hot as well. The second delivery was better. Cool packs were still not cool. There should be a better way.
