THE WORST SITE EVER THAT ONE COULD IMAGINE. ITS A SITE RUN BY KIDS WHO DONT HAVE BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE, just cooked up a purchased site, hoisted on free server and started to advertise in bulk by hitting their own server to get a better rank in searches. 100 % UNRELIABLE, PLZ PLZ stay away from it.
I ordered a gift from this site for my brother. They promised to send Haldiram gulab jamun with rakhi and kumkum. Instead they send very cheap quality local gulab jamun. I'm attaching image below. See how they packed the gift in polythin bag. See the packing of KUMKUM ( in newspaper)even all liquid is dripping out from the box.
When I complained they never picked the call and after a week they responses through mail that because of my order they are in loss and I have to give them Rs. 100 as a token. If these guys are in loss then y they are running such business. I'm USA based costumer. Sending gifts many times to India. But this is the 1st time I used this site.: I will suggest never ever use this site. This is the fraud one. I paid them around Rs. 1000 and still asking me to pay. What a service

We ordered Rakhi and motichoor ladoos 4 days ahead on account of Rakshabandhan... the order couldnt reach on time. That we compromise n understand as maybe delivery pressure might have been heavy... but when package arrived my home, there was NO RAKHI. And only1 ladoo. As all other were replaced by barfi.
I used to rely and trust you guys. But this time. M really very dissapointed!
The hamper ordered, reached a week later with all fungus in the products. No one even wanted to touch it. A disgusting site, with an awful service. They don't even deserve one star.
Placed an Order for Rakhi Deluvery in 4th August- Follow up done on 9th August... delivery was supposed to be done by 8th August as they claimed a day s delivery time! Tried calling on 13th August... delivery not done till date... received a mail at 14:45 saying the order is dispatched and will reach by 19th August! Post Rakhi? Tried to log an online query... it gives an error every time yu submit query! Try calling it gives you a 90 second window to register a looong order no. And call aborts before you start! Rakhi Delivery... well I'm still waiting!

Not deliver on time after the event they delivered and project quality is chip. All product quality is very chip full west of money.
This is a 100% unprofessional service when I order something for my wife as a surprise. Without informing me you people canceled held my order. And I got an email that the item delivered already.
When I called them for asking for an update, I got an unprofessional and irrespective response. Like, am requesting for a bank loan.

Please do not use this site http://www.gifts-to-india.com if you're planning to surprise your loved ones or else you'll be the one who'll be surprise with shocking and awful experiences. I ordered a showpiece for my boyfriend's birthday on the 9th of Feb. But they delivered it the next day and then they double charged me. I emailed them but no reply I even called them for a refund ( long distance call) but the recording will just place you on hold FOREVER. My boyfriend in India even tried to call all those numbers they posted (even prasanta b's numbers) but even him was just placed on hold forever. So please Mr./Ms prasanta b. Stop sending a copy paste reply with your contact numbers if you have no plans of answering the phone. If you really wanted to help us and fix all those hassles that your shop caused to all of your customers who had a bad and awful experience from your site you contact us through email. Be professional enough. In fact if you won't be there to coordinate and cooperate with us the situation will just get worst. We as your disappointed customers will just search for some site like Site Jabber (thank you so much for letting us to voice out our disappointments here) to hear our concerns while your site's reputation and credibility will be at risk and destroyed. You guys should be the one who's giving us the first hand to fix this problems. Thanks.

The worst online site for gifts to india. I ordered 15 Exclusive Red Dutch Roses Basket with Cadburys Assorted Chocolates with card.
But the delivery was with dead roses wraped No basket and two 5 star chocolates.
IMAGINE IT WAS A VALENTINE GIFT...

I wish I had read these other reviews before placing my order. I ordered one week before Diwali and said it should be delivered on 25th. My family got the gift one week after Diwali, on 31st. No one picks up the phone and no one responds to the customer service or emails.
The gift was also not as shown in the picture.

I ordered glowers n fruits for sisters bday.As shown in webpage it was 2 kg fruit basket and big bunch of roses. But they deliver just 5 roses and half kg fruits of cheap quality chikoo n pear. When I complain first they told that it is not from our eebsite. When I provided them order no they told that u need ro provide photo within 24 hour of recieving gift. Guys dont waste your precios time n money on them. They are fraud. I paid 950 rupees feeling completely ripped off. Their customer service is worsed. They are just bunch of monkeys working for fraud company
