Terrible service - twice we have ordered Gfuel and it hasn't been delivered. First time they refunded us fully, but second time they charged us for the delivery (which isn't cheap to Asia). There was no attempted delivery note or email. They said it was their "policy" to keep the delivery cost and that we should have kept checking the tracking link ourselves over the 3 month period (?). Very poor company ethics - not a good sign for the rest of their operation.
They tell me I'm tier 1 then don't ship my product after 2 weeks. No response to my email, and this seems to be a trend according to the comment section on Instagram that they are ghosting customers after purchase. Really sad!

Why am I paying for shipping if it's 7 plus business days to deliver. With how much they charge for this $#*! why is there even a separate shipping fee. If I'm paying that much for shipping it should be 3-5 business days at most not 7-10.

Can I give 0 stars? Ordered it, delivery date was sent, 2 week difference from when it actually was "delivered". Product never showed up, G fuel wasn't much help, did my dudiligence with the delivery company, contacted G fuel again, again they do nothing except wanting me to keep doing things for them, some help would be nice. Never had a company this unhelpful with dealing with something like this.

The site is poorly optimized. They make their links very obscure as to keep customers from a discount. They just introduced a point system to help get discounts, but it does not allow you to apply the discounts and when you do attempt to apply the discount, it takes away the points and does not give you the discount.
I'm never buying again, until there is some kind of repercussions of Keemstar. For Keemstar to DOX, Make a mockery of Mental illness, and profit off suicide. While being sponsored by GFUEL. I will never buy another gfuel product again.
I have bought about 5 different shaker kits and got a few for free through Theta. I love the flavors like Tropical Rain, CLICKBAIT, Bahama Mama, and Black on Blackberry. After 6 months of just normal use the lids start falling apart. The lids are made really cheap so they break easily. I have added a picture to show where they break. It feels like its like glued or has a very thin plastic so it will break after a while on purpose. I kind of feel scammed by this. I do not recommend buying shakers from them until they fix their lid issue. I already had to throw out a few shakers because of it and I won't be buying anymore of their product until they fix it.
I have heard a lot of promotion about this product in the last couple of months, it was so annoying to listen in every platform about this product. So I started thinking if I should give it a try someday, And I finally gave it a chance, not convinced a 100% about this product. I think its just marketing in its highest.
Love energy drinks but this one is my favourite. Gives me the kick I need in the morning or right before a gaming session and it always tastes incredible. They have the widest variety of flavours I have ever seen for an energy drink and so far every flavour I have tried actually tastes like what it's advertised as on the tub. Highly recommend.
I used to drink energy drinks. Probably one every other day at least. Every time I drank one I always had this voice in the back of my mind telling me, "this stuff is bad for you". I remembered seeing G Fuel sponsor some of my favorite streamers, so I decided to give it a try. Long story short, I haven't had an energy drink in months. G Fuel is a great company with an even better product. The personal connection they've built with their consumers is something to be admired. I can't wait to see what they do next.
Very nice and tasty alternative to all those energy drinks full of sugar. I wish the delivery was a bit cheaper to Europe or they would sell it in the supermarkets as they do in USA. Maybe an idea for the future? ;)
Shipping takes up to 5 days not longer in my experience. The product has been always packed well. G Fuel cares about you, so you will receive only the best.
Customer support is also very good. G Fuel doesn't take long to help you in a time of need.
I absolutely love G Fuel. I used to be terrible about drinking too much soda or energy drinks, because I never liked coffee or tea but I really needed an extra boost in the morning or when gaming. But my husband recommended I try G Fuel as a replacement because it tastes great, it's sugar free, it gives you energy, and you don't feel gross afterwards. He was right. And since I cut out all that extra sugar, I lost 10 pounds just making a simple switch. I don't feel the craving for sugar anymore, so I just have my G Fuel in the morning and water after that. Works for me!
Great way to start the day! Also affordable! I used to drink red bulls and other expensive and unhealthy energy drinks, but they always made me feel sluggish and I'd crash hard. G-Fuel gets me through a full 10 hour work shift and some and I don't just crash afterwards. Thank you!
Purchased a few tubs and shakers a few times everytime they are on time with deliveries, on top of the energy boost from the products. Not to mention it actually tastes good and there is typically no crash! 10/10 definitely recommended.
Overall it is a very healthy alternative to other big named energy drinks and despite thinking that it doesn't have an effect on your gaming experience, it truly does. In my opinion it is worth every cent and deserves more attention.
Working at a hospital I used to drink 3 to 4 black coffees a day to just get through the the shift. Now with G Fuel I only need one scoop and I am good for my entire 12 hour shift day or night without any of the crash from other energy giving drinks. G Fuel has gotten me through some of my busiest shifts here at the hospital and will continue to do so. It also taste amazing.
No problems at all. Easy ordering process. Fast shipping. Overall pleased with the company. Great product, great results. Actually helps me, a 20 year old who works in the oilfield industry, to stay energized thought 12-14 hour shifts.
