We scheduled a tour in Las Vegas. Could not get anyone on the web site to help me, paid $77.50. Called the place for our tour never heard of us. Get Your Guide refused to do anything. Never, ever again will I use them. Or recommend them.

Excellent activity provider. All activities were accurately detailed and described. Service providers were great. No unexpected hiccups. Will recommend and shall continue to use on our next adventure.
I had a fraudulent charge from this company on my bank card. I reached out to them via FB Messenger. Even after being alerted of the fraud they refused to refund the money. I'll be filing a police report.
There no sense of customer service in this company at all. So customers have no room to make mistakes like that? When we press a button to purchase we cannot cancel after 5 minutes?I would accept a voucher instead of a refund but there is no offer of anything at all it's ridiculous I just purchased the tickets 5 minutes when I realized this mistake and there is now way to cancel it? I will shower this company with bad reviews and tell all my friends about. I Will never recommend get your guide to anybody again. This is a joke of a company!

We use Get your Guide every time we go away to organise our trips, friendly guides with plenty of local knowledge. Takes the stress out of planning and is a great way of exploring further afield while away.
It was a fast, efficient, an easy way to find products and make up mind and get a service I paid for. It is also a wonderful experience when you can find alternatives, discounts and still have evidence of payment on your phone and email. I think it is really fast and the page loads fantastically. The service providers did not disappoint. They were professional and did their best to make us comfortable and happy in the moment. There were toilets nearby for those who were coming from far with little children ( it was an added bonus for us)
Title pretty much says it all. GetYourGuide provided no contact information in their confirmation email. We had signed up for a food tour in Johannesburg and the start point was given as a general location, not an actual address.
When the guide did not show up, the Uber driver felt it was unsafe to leave us in the area and with no way to contact them, we just had to leave.
This was one of many tours in a three week trip and thankfully the only one reserved through GetYourGuide. Viator always provides great confirmation information and I never really looked at what we had until we realized the guide was a no show.

We paid $75 per person for a "guided tour" of the Eiffel tower. The meeting place was a 15 minute walk away from the tower. We walked to the tower, we had a 10 minute talk from the guide about Eiffel Tower information. They she said "ok, go get in line". There was no "fast pass" to get into the queue quicker. We saw that we could have bought tickets for $29 per person and stood in the same line as all the other folks. Just a total rip-off. Their website always says "will probably sell out" which is not true. Just buy your tickets at the tower. Don't waste your time on this "guided tour"!

Joined two tours based at Christchurch. Both tours with awesome guides, performing informatively and knowledgeable. Good travel arrangement for us who did not rent a car during the trip. What a relaxing and enjoyable trip we had!
What I love the most is the 24 hour cancellation policy regardless - this is very reasonable for any tourist as circumstances could be all kind of. So far I have used the Avenue only in Dubai and I love it, planning to make it my man tour reservation app for all future destinations. Keep up the great job!
They book with your providers. When I went to the tour, they had never actually booked and activity was sold out during my entire stay. To make it worse so were all other tour providers. Missed the opportunity of a lifetime I had flown out to do. Kind lady at customer service but ultimately no use. A gutting experience. Do not use this service, go directly with provider

Holly, our guide from 360 was exceptional in every way. An expert on Vincent and imparting wonderful insights and had us moving at pace through the museum keeping everyone engaged. The temporary exhibition was also fantastic. One of the best art museums in the world and worth every cent. Thank you Holly for bringing it to life for us.
Our guide Alessandro was the best & made the entire experience relaxing and totally enjoyable even with the 300 steps. LOL!
Do the lunch too, fantastic, pesto was out of this world.
Highly recommend you cannot do Italy and not see these villages!

I wanted to visit the Vatican museums but I didn't find any tickets on the Vatican's website hence I started to look for alternatives. Get your guide isn't cheap for sure, you get to pay more for a 2 hour service but at the end I found it worth it. First of all I got to visit exactly when I wanted without queuing and secondly one can't visit these museums without a guide as it would be impossible to understand not to mention become to know some curiosities behind certain things. It was a lovely experience. Tip -use the app and find discount vouchers.
They cancelled my reservation because I lost de original credit card used to book the tour.
Even if the message they send me said that there was no problem using another card.
They wanted me to provided a signed statement by my bank, attesting that my card was lost and replaced.
In the end, the tour booked months ago which was the highlight of our family trip was not possible.
And I did not talk about the mediocre customer service displayed.
Bad (and last) experience overall!
I booked this full day tour to Windsor Castle, Bath, and Stonehenge for myself, my husband, and my daughter. We arrived early because the meeting point to board the tour bus was not clear We walked a city block trying to find our tour bus and asking everyone that worked around there. The local phone number did not work even when the local individuals tried to call and help. Finally reached the toll free number to be told they could do nothing. Our money was taken with no tour and they lied saying we had cancelled which we did not. We were even denied a refund because they lied and said we cancelled. Do not use this place. They will take your money and give you no tour. Buyer Beware!

Done the Loch Ness tour with Ryan our tour guide. Got to say it was a fantastic experience with Ryan being knowledgeable about the areas we visited. Great company on the bus as well, will definitely use them again.
The getyourguide.com platform is the worst I have ever experienced. After paying and receiving confirmation for my tour, the tour guide never showed up on the day and time of the tour. I complained right away after half an hour passed and requested refund. It has been days so far and there is no acknowledgement of the issue or promise of refund. Let alone that we didn't have the tour and it was too late to book an alternative. I didn't have any problems with other booking platforms like tripadvisor and viator.
Update: after submitting this review, the company emailed me an apology and a commitment to refund me.

Due to an extreme hot weather alert we had to cancel. The provider was there to give a refund, however, Get your Guide refused to cooperate. So no refund... Do you expect people to go and do outdoor activities in extremely dangerous conditions?! What a scam.

My husband's back went out and we needed to cancel our trip to Antelope Canyon 2 weeks before our reservation. They told me I could not cancel because it was an Admission ticket with my name on it and it could not be resold. What a crock of crap. I will never use them again.
