Attended a conference and used GetTransfer for the duration. The drivers were punctual and knew the best routes, making sure I was never late.

I have booked many services with them, but after the last service, I will never use this service again.

If you ever book a transfer, make sure to book a service where the provider really understand their business and take care of the customers. If there is an issue, GetTransfer do not know what happened and they just trust the taxi driver. This will damage you and you will never get your money back.

I booked the service 2 weeks in advance for a relative asking for a driver who could bring a tag name as my relative hadn't access to mobile network in that country. The service was accepted. But the taxi driver didn't appear.

My relative -who didn't speak the language- after 1.5h waiting was desperated and took another taxi. That taxi cost her 130 as the taxi driver tricked her.

Now, GetTransfer states that the service was done -with no real proof of the taxi driver- and they do not refund the cost that I paid in advance.

The total cost of the taxi was 160 plus a lost of face with my relative.

Gettransfer is about good prices and high quality. Comfort is up to the mark. Isn't it what we all need? I give 10/10

I never had any real issues, it seems reliable enough, and the cost is reasonable. One of my drivers came 10 minutes early, and I had to hurry up.

Organizing a group trip can be hectic, but GetTransfer made it smooth with their efficient coordination and spacious vehicles.

When it comes to customer service or refunds, forget getting your money back even if it's their own fault. Unbelievably rude and obnoxious

Truly commendable service from the driver who was very professional and ensured my mother was safely dropped off to the destination.

I have used gettransfer in France and in Spain and I must say that although I was cautious of using a new service, their customer service and directions were impeccable.

Kind of reliable service, and you can get a ride fast anywhere and at a reasonable price. All my drivers wore a mask. I recommend.

ATENTION TO ALL DRIVER, THEY STOP PAYING! I am a driver and when I start to work they pay me two times smal amount, then I trust them and I work a lot 1 mounth (december), I drive for 2000 eur, and they didnt pay me, they have time to 10.01.2023 for pay, I ask where is my money and they said wait to end of March.

GetTransfer.com not only is completely unreliable for transport, they are actually guilty of credit card fraud. They failed to provide the trip for which I paid 159.36€ in full and in advance, and they have refused to refund my money, instead giving me a "credit" on their unreliable website.

In Feb. 2022 I booked a trip on GetTransfer.com for a trip in Texas. I received an email receipt confirming payment received for the trip, and 159.36€ was charged to my bank account. Six weeks later on the eve of our trip, less than 24 hours before the car was scheduled to pick us up, and with no prior notice, I received an automatic email saying my driver had canceled, along with another informing me that the replacement driver would cost an additional 90USD, pending my approval. I DID NOT approve the new driver or the extra charges. I replied demanding a full refund and immediately was forced to make other transportation arrangements, as we urgently needed to leave the next day, although I had already paid GetTransfer. The agitation and anxiety this caused my husband and I was considerable, as we were expected in another city the very next day, and the arrangements had been made and paid for in full six weeks earlier.
At almost midnight that evening, about 10 hours after having my trip canceled, they emailed saying that they had now found a driver to make the trip at the original price. Obviously by then it was far too late, but the company is now claiming that I "refused" the trip, as a way to avoid refunding my money.
Evidently they expected me to wait 10 hours after their cancelation on the chance that they would sort out their problems with their drivers and fees in time for my trip.
This issue is still unresolved and I now have a "credit" for a future trip- thanks so very much, guys! Unless you want to be left stranded with no ride and your bank account charged in full, don't use GetTransfer!

I love GETTRANSFER. It is so good and especially the short trips! They have competitive and convenient prices when it comes to long-distance trips. I will always choose GETTRANSFER.
