Gettransfer is an excellent service. Driver was waiting for our arrival at the airport. Was courteous and polite. Excellent value for money - highly recommended.

The driver was professional and friendly. He arrive on time and was very careful with our belongings and ensured that everything was packed and loaded properly. I would highly recommend gettransfer.

Amazing service. Both transfers were lovely minivans with great drivers. Had to change both times and days of our transfers and gettransfer handled it with no issues! Would use again a 100%.

We always use GetTransfer and they have always been cheap and good quality. The drivers arrive on time and the cars are clean. We have used them for about 10 transfers over the last 2 years.

Our driver was there despite the fact our plane was delayed by over an hour - he had been tracking the flight. If only the airline was as efficient as Gettransfer.

A Gettransfer journey is also typically far less expensive than a taxi. The only true disadvantage of utilizing the Gettransfer app is that you can receive a lot of offers.

The driver was very friendly and the car was big and clean. The driver went out of his way to find a shop that sells a continental converter plug because I forgot mine. I highly recommend GetTranfer

I have booked Gettransfer for my daughter's trip to Naples in a few weeks, and so far the service has been excellent, communications have been very good, and the pricing has been very reasonable.

Booked a return transfer from Dubai to abu Dhabi. Never showed up at pick up point. And still charged me the full cost. Be very careful.

I had received the confirmed travel time 24th before. I called customer service who explained all the neccessary information for using the transfer. I was promptly sent a departure time via email.

We had to get from LAX to our hotel at Huntington Beach CA and found gettransfer on Google.
Their website was extremely user friendly and it made the booking experience very simple.

We used gettransfer.com from Hurghada Airport to our hotel. They are very professional. Service was excellent. Will book with them again without any hesitation. Highly Recommended.

This company is not RELIABLE. I reserved a round trip for January 2 -7 2023 between JFK and a hotel in Times Square. It cost me $334.02. The first trip went without a problem. For the 2nd trip, the night before I confirmed it, because it was going to be at 1am and I wanted to be relax. At the time indicated the driver didn't showed up. I contact GetTransfer through Telegram and he/she tried to contact the driver but didn't have response. He / She wrote "Please apply to our email address: *******@gettransfer.com describing your negative experience, our e-mail specialists will provide you with further instructions regarding the payment you did.
In this situation, we can offer you to start searching for local transport. We do sorry for the inconvenience you have to face."

At 1:30am I had to contact UBER and in 3 mins I had a vehicle to takes us to JFK. I wrote GetTransfer for the refund of $167.01 of that 2nd trip and they don't want to refund my money. They want to keep it in the account I have with them for a future trip, but I don't want to travel again with them. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!

They now says that their User's Agreement establishes that the balance will be returned to their account.

Also there are messages from drivers who allege they are not paid for their services.

This site is a scam they do not pay the drivers please look at their reviews before booking they are scammers

Contrary to a less pleasant experience with gettransfer service on our previous trip to Alicante in October of this year, the service on our recent trip to Bilbao was fantastic.

These people are conmen who do not pay their drivers and so customers are left in the lurch and do not get picked up. Based in Hong Kong, no recourse, no refund, no customer service.
PLEASE AVOID!
