Good prices and definitely cheaper than taking a cab at the airport. Easier too. I was met by my driver with a sign. He guided me to the car and took me to my hotel very efficiently.

Avoid like the plague!

Booked a transport, for what I though was a very good deal. Next day I got the following message:

"I am writing to you to inform you that the current carrier will not be able to perform your ride *******. This behaviour of the driver is inappropriate and we will take serious measures to him.

We would like to inform you that we can offer Hyundai Kona, 2023 - LT23 UPS for you but the price is higher. We will cover some difference in prices, but still, there is an amount to be paid extra. Do you agree to pay extra 47 £?"

I paid the extra £47, only to be told later that they actually had to find another driver:

"We will inform you about a replacement shortly."

Was told over the phone that it will take 24 hours. None was provided so I called in and asked for a refund and how much will they refund, they said the full amount, about £152.

So I cancelled the transfer and asked for a refund and I was told the following:

"2) We can launch a refund of the payment made to your bank account. Please, notice that it may take up to 30 business days."

When asked for a refund and the total amount refunded, they emailed the following:

"You will get refund 136£"

So they made about £15 profit for a service that they cancelled. That's misleading and a scam. I would avoid like the plague!

Now they don't want to answer my phone calls

I booked a transfer for parents via website. The process was not complicated. The driver was very nice and professional. Everything went smoothly. My parents were happy with the trip

The flight was delayed for an hour and a half. Thanks to Nabi my driver for waiting. He also carried my suitcases to the hotel reception. Even better than expected.

I booked a transfer from Luton Airport to central London. Great communication with the support team. I was reassured by the company's commitment to providing a reliable service. Highly recommend.

Do not book a transfer with Gettransfer in these uncertain times. We had booked a transfer with GetTransfer to take us from Geneva to Meribel, for around £450. The French government then change the isolation rules, meaning we could not enter France without quarantining, and so we were forced to cancel our holiday. When I approached GetTransfer for a refund on our transfer, I was told this was not possible. I called, and was told I had to email my request, but when I email, they only respond with they are not able to refund me. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone who doesn't just tell me to email and am essentially out £450. They offered a voucher, however after the customer service, or lack thereof I have received, I would not wish to use this company even if it was possible to get out of the country again this year, which it may not be. Avoid – companies need to be flexible in these times, and accept that there are circumstance outside of their customers control, and in these circumstances they should offer a refund.

I have once again been delighted using gettransfer whilst transferring between Puerto Banus and Malaga airport. Both drivers were professional, friendly and most importantly exactly on time.

I booked a transfer from Paris Orly Aeroport. We flew in at night, the driver met us at the pre-arranged place, no problems. Thanks for everything, will enjoy your services again.

Safety always comes first and I appreciates the calm driving style of the driver. He drove smoothly, stayed inside the speed limit, and generally made me feel safe and relaxed during the ride.
