Booked gettransfer to take my family from the airport to Disneyland. The service we received was excellent and on time both times, with very good drivers.
Perfect transfer from the airport to our villa, lovely driver very friendly and he also came and picked us up. Great that he was waiting for us even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours.

GE transfer don't own cars in most of the countries, they just make a deal with drivera they have never met and most time don't even pay them for their job
Unfortunately, the luggage was hard to load because the trunk was quite full with the driver's stuff. Customer services offered as a discount on the return trip, which went much better.

MISLEADING COMPANY! DO NOT USE!
Their website makes it clear they give free cancelation. This does not consist of a refund but the money goes in to what they call your 'personal account' which isn't your bank account but your account within get transfer.
If it stated this clearly on the part that says free cancelation and not in the tiny terms and condition I never would have booked!
They are now holding £550 of my money and are refusing to refund me! I have contacted customer services they just keep sending me their terms of agreement.

Used gettransfer during my trip to Tenerife 2021. Pleasant and friendly drivers, good, spacious vehicles and very helpful staff. Was met and welcomed at the airport and everything went smoothly.
I always use Gettransfer. My only comment is regarding the amount of popped-up offers. I would prefer to receive fewer offers so I can easily choose what best suits me.

We booked them for a trip from Vico Equense to Rome in June 2020. Then the global pandemic hit.
Our entire European vacation was cancelled. Every airline, hotel, train service, attractions place- everyone- refunded our money ( some which were non-refundable while booking). EXCEPT Get transfer.
I made this booking in February of 2020 and I have been emailing them since March of 2020, which is when the shut downs in Europe began, Italy being especially hit hard at the time.
They kept throwing their policy at me and as a consolation, added 10% extra to the credit amount to my account to be used later. Now, while that is generous I have a lot of $$ tied up, which is especially hard at this particular time.
While all other companies are making special exceptions to refund, Get Transfer keeps touting their "policy!"
I have asked to be contacted by a supervisor and their VP, but of course they don't have the time for little people.
DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY.
They don't know the concept of customer service, and all they care about is being g paid. They refuse to refund even though travel to Europe in the near future seems not viable and not possible for us.
All in all, it was a good transfer. For some reason there were only minivans to choose from, but it didn't affect the speed of the trip and the price was reasonable enough. I would use them again.

The vehicle was immaculately clean, spacious and good air con! Drivers on both trips were friendly, met us in the terminal for collection and dropped us at the airport door for our return home!
Answer: . WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
