If your new to this website you would be well advised to know that they have items that are in stock at their own factory, if u don't like to wait 2 months for your order go directly to "in stock" at the top of the page, the home page, you will get your items much quicker if you do this, but if they don't have what u want there and you have to get it not on the "stocks" be prepared and patient to wait a loong time! I am super happy with my order though I ordered 1000 glass beads for "pandora" like bracelets that I am selling, I am very happy with the quality, I paid $100 for 1000 Murano beads and they are stunningly beautiful! A lot of them have a little tiny bit of glue on the top from where the silver centers are glued, but its not bad and these r pretty good quality overall, at least when I got them all of the aluminum cores didn't fall out as this has happened from other stores I have bought from! All in all though you can get fantastic deals for your business, just remember "stocks"

They have cost me more time and money then I wish to remember. I made several orders from this company and every order had problems. When I got really upset was when I saw a picture of my beads with my logo being sold on their website. I contacted them and said this was fraud and after several emails and more the picture was removed. The sad thing is they could have the most amazing business. What I found is they really do not do the one thing they brag about on the website. They do not triple check our packages before they are sent out. That is one of the biggest lies they tell.The problem is all the complaints you have read about are true. I will say if you are willing to spend the time emailing them even if that means 20 times I found I did get my issues resolved. I stopped buying from them because I was tired of worrying what was going to be wrong with my order this time and what customer would I loose because of the promise they made me so I told my customer my items would be here on a certain date. They are really bad on getting your product to you in a timely manner. There are other wonderful sights that have the same product and give great service. Buyer Beware!

The first order I placed from them was exactly as I ordered and fast shipping. The second order is the reason I will not order from this company again. I ordered several items. One item I ordered with a 500 quantity and I noticed it didn't look like 500. I opened and counted and found only 199 pieces to be exact. I contacted by email and was requested to take pictures of items I ordered and packaging. On the label it stated 500 pieces, but there was Not 500. I sent them the pictures and the reply was that since the label said 500 then that was was I got. They told me to recheck the box (was told to do this 3 times). There has been 3 emails back from them and each time the remarks led to that they show 500 shipped. I order from China from several companies and have never this issue let alone being treated as if I am a liar. I will never order from this company again. I have ordered from another supplier several times in the last 4 years and thought I would give this company a try. I made a terrible mistake. I should have known to stick to the one that I have trusted over the years. They have always treated me with respect!

*** STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ***
I have placed an order with them for organza bags on 14th October.
After that they started messaging me that they dont have the colors i ordered in stock, but the color chart is still there on their website!
If you dont have it in stock - then take it down!
They keep comming up with excuses and wouldnt refund my payment, last message from them was 5 days ago, and i have been ignored since then as i keep asking for my money back.
Its 13th of November now, 1 month since i paid!
I have no items and looks like i'm NOT going to get my money back ( $700 USD).
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!

Terrible customer service. Made a large order beginning of May for 10,000 pieces of a party, and a 100 of another, and 200 of another, the smaller qty items I added on just because, it was the 10,000pcs of parts I needed. My payment was processed immediately upon ordering. After 3 1/2 weeks of "order processing" I submitted a help ticket to ask what the delay was. "Oops we don't make these 10,000 parts anymore. Will ship other stuff." I told them no, I did not want the other items if the main part wasn't available (not worth the s/h fees). They refused to cancel! Then they magically found 250pcs and offered those up, fine, I'll take them. Next thing I know they refund me a portion of my order, but it doesn't add up. I inquired and they said they canceled the 10,000 pieces and are shipping the other two. Once again I requested a cancellation. Eight days go by with no response, I contact them again, again they try to get me to agree to the order as is. I went ahead and called my credit card company to file a dispute. Then gets.cn immediately contacts me to "drop dispute and we ship". WORST experience I have ever had buying overseas. Will never use that crap website again. Oh and don't waste your time with their "live chat" - no one ever responds.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. If I could enter a NEGITIVE star rating I would.
I ordered 1000 matching jewellery display boxes in 2 different styles for an up coming event.
Turn around time before they could send them was 15 days. On the 15th day I got a message asking me to confirm one of the boxes was what I wanted. I answered " Yes Please " and the next time I logged onto their site I had a message saying order for those boxes was cancelled and that I have been given a refund. Other type of boxes had been shipped.
They then had a holiday so could not respond to me questioning why they had cancelled the boxes when I said "YES". 7 days later I get response "Sorry we made mistake" I had to go and re order them. It cost me more than what I was refunded due to not being shipped in bulk with other boxes.
Had to wait another 15 days turn around before shipping... Why? They had the boxes in stock.
I then got sent a new invoice which THEY created with a money request for the boxes ( which I had already ordered). Asked why they created this order and the reply " Sorry me made mistake". They then deleted that order.
After 15 days of waiting for order to be prepared I get another money request for $2.70 because I was not charged enough shipping at checkout ( I thought they would have to honour that as a purchase contract). I did pay it ( by this time desperate to have boxes shipped in time for my event) and boxes have been sent. Not received them as yet but I did get a tracking N# showing they have been shipped.
I would NEVER use this site again or their sister site Beads Us. I do not trust how they can just create and delete orders as they please

This company is not to be trusted, same goes for Beads.us (same company).
My story with them is very long... Try to make it short.
I ordered ringboxes which would be 20mm in height as stated on their website. This size is very important to me because I sell jewelry through my webshop and almost everything goes by mailbox post and it will only fit with max 28mm in height.
First order went wrong, the boxes were 30mm. They offered discount and I accepted and sold the boxes to someone who could use this size.
The second time I ordered boxes which were 27mm in height, as stated on their website. I specifically mentioned the importance of the size (absolutely not heigher than 28mm), and I directly submitted a ticket mentioning this again and asking for comfirmation of my notice.
They confirmed they took notice of it.
Long story short, they sent me boxes of 32mm in height. I sent them very clear photos with several boxes next to a ruler. First they admitted their mistake, all of a sudden they totally denied it and tried to make it my problem.
This only got worse when I threatened them with a creditcard refund and negative feedback all over the internet.
They wanted me to ship back the boxes, but they would refund the shipping costs (of $130,-) later! I simply had to trust them because they are 'a reputative company' as they say. Absolutely crazy!
Don't trust them, don't buy, they have no respect for their customers at all.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
I have made two orders from this site, both of $3,000 dollars. These people have run the same scams on me both times:
1. They immediately advise you need to up the quanties you have ordered because the factory does not have enough and will not produce them for lessers quantity. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY BEADS THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU.
2. When you say no they will refund you the money for the beads - NOT THE PACKAGING AND POSTING COSTS - THEY KEEP THAT.
3. They will send you faulty goods - pearls that flake, strands of beads with marks on them, strands in horrible colours, beads without a hole through the middle. When you complain they will ask you to send a photo. Then they will say they are referring it to another department. They will ask you to send another photo and finally they will ask you post the items back to them (they state it must be the cheapest possible (which will take ages from the UK)or they will not refund the cost). Don't get suckered into this, THEY DON'T INTEND TO REFUND ANYWAY, they are trying to string you out so that you eventually give up. They hope you won't bother to give them poor feedback.

I like many here also wait a very long time for my goods because in reality they don't have any items in stock, which means that goods that you order for christmas, valentines etc. etc. Will come at least a month late.
