How long should I expect to wait for my order before I cancel? I placed my order 4/10/2011 and have not received anything as of todays date 5/2/2011.

I have waited over 2 weeks and the expected shipping date has come and gone. I have had orders from regular suppliers in China processed & received in 2 days. Made payment with Paypal so am now registering a dispute to get my money back.
