I have a had a very positive experience in both choosing which refurbished iphone to buy and in all the follow up customer service. I'm old school (and older too!) so I did have questions. Contacted customer service both on phone and then through email - same person by name each time! All questions cleared up and my "new" iphone 6 is just perfect. Wish this company best of luck!
My nearly new phone arrived yesterday and already set up. As advertised so far so good, would recommend Orchard if your looking to save some $$ as Apple products are overpriced.

Very happy with this company. Web site and process to buy (or sell) is well designed and easy to use. My iphone 5s had an issue with the camera not focusing properly. The one month warranty was extended to 2 months and I was given options to deal with it. A "new" phone was shipped promptly and I returned old in same shipping box. Everything is now great!

I wanted to purchase an iPhone but was reluctant to pay for brand new. I heard about Orchard and bought an iPhone 5 several years ago. Just bought a 6 (retirees dont need the latest) and am very happy with this phone. Plus the customer service at Orchard is the best. They followed up with several emails, checking that I got my phone and offering any type of support. Now Im hoping to buy an iPad for my husband.
I was trying to sell my device and people offered me a low price for my Galaxy S7 Edge. With Orchard I got the best value I was able to get with anyone.
