Great pre and post-sales support. Very quick, helpful answers. Product is also of excellent quality and looks great as well but the software needs improvements. Hopefully, the upcoming update will fix the software issues as promised.

The 4k system I bought from Lumina has been amazing. Package arrived undamaged and without defects. Shipping was super delayed because of global supply chain issues. Software needs improvements and last time I spoke with the support staff they were very optimistic on redressal of all the issues in future updates. My overall experience with this company has been great.

After sale service is good. Camera is 4k with a large sensor and a robust aluminum body. Design is also awesome. I couldn't use all the AI features yet but I have booked an online session with the technical support for further guidance. Will be updating my review soon.
