The help line was very pleasant and efficient in getting me reconnected to both my Canada Post account and my e-Post account after I had received messages saying that both my e-mail address and password were invalid even though I have been using the same accounts for years.
Crappy service. Useless waste of money. Ask you a few simple questions about Facebook issue after taking you $ and then you never hear back from them. Scam Frauders. Stay clear.

I have been rescued by humans at gethuman.com at a moment of an absolute panic when my WordPress-based website broke down in the middle of my marketing campaign. A friend who used to support my website happened to be unavailable and I didnt know where to turn for help. There are WordPress self-help forums, but they are very technical for somebody like myself who knows nothing about programming. I Just found GetHuman when I had a Pinterest issue. Great service/app/ext whatever it is. Pinterest is a bit difficult to get to after initial set up. I got a business page and actually talked to a human at set up. Now, I spent time in the Piniterest contact loop. I'm launching a business by July 1,2019 and have decided to do all advertising on the social platform, mainly through Pinterest, using other Social apps for notfication. I had a problem with my Garmin GPS devise (Nuvi 255 to be precise). The device could not locate any satellites. I contacted Garmin first but they basically told me "throw your GPS into trash and buy a newrer Garmin GPS"). Reluctant to do that, I searched the internet and came accross Gerhuman. After explaining the problem to them, they send me tons of email with many incredibly sophisticated procedures how to solve the problem. After a few hours of applying their recommendations, my GPS started to work again. GetHuman is an incredibly smart and knowledgeable company. They turned out to be true GPS experts. If there is ever a problem I will always contact them first as they seem to know more about GPS than Garmin itselt. I am deeply impressed.

I hate to give GH a "1," because I've used them with success in the not-so-distant past. However, in the last 2 years or so, I've tried to use their "robot" to get a callback from Florida Power and Light, without success. Today I tried, and GH got stuck, for about 30 minutes, with an estimated answer time of "four minutes."_It may be an intentional problem created by one of the many idiots at FPL_, though, and not an issue with GH.
They resolved a money issue i had in gta5. I never thought it was going to work but it did. If i have any more problems, im coming back here for another go.

Get human is the worst service, don't get tricked. I waited for 35 min and ended up ending the call.
I was trying to reserve a flight with them, You have to share all your security information before they give you an answer.
Definitely recommend taking the time to go through gethuman. The only way I was able to figure this out without having customer service humans to speak with! Thanks
Answer: I'm not going to take the chance. One bad review is enough to stop me. They charge $75. But in their terms, state service is free.
