A few months ago we were devastated to find out our account was hacked, and we lost half of our life savings within a matter of two weeks and not once GTE send an alert even thought the transactions were all out of character for an account of 25 to 30 years. We didn't not realize the hacked immediately, so we didn't report it as soon as it happens. My husband was going through a health crisis and that's where our focus was; our mistake was to put our trust on GTE. We reported it as soon as we notice and were told there were at least 30 complaints with similar issue. Unfortunately, GTE set their eyes on the delay and has been less than understanding or helpful. The Branch manager tells you one thing when you in front of her and turns around and respond with something different via email… "let me talk to my regional manager see if we can refund at least something", but turns around and emails saying " my manager cannot do anything…? It took GTE 37 days to tell us the claim was denied because 1) the login history from those dates and there is no evidence showing the online banking was compromised 2) the form was also filled out incorrectly as only one form was completed for multiple transactions even thought the Branch Manger completed the form and had my husband signed it and their web page states it can be use for multiple claims. At this time, it is not clear what our rights are and looking for another financial institution we can trust.

These people are no more than robbers and l hope one day l will find some of there staff as they will be smiling from ear to ear. Convince you they have your best interests then once you paid them after a few weeks your account gets closed and then you cant contact anyone and your money has gone! No one helps to get this sorted or your money back all you get is you should have used a safer trader! Well now its going to be my turn to F---! Some of them up so if you hear of anyone that worked for them and know where they are post it on here and lets see how they like a visit.!

Please please just stay away. It is a complete scam, will pose as a 'trading platform' -it will look like one ( with the charts etc / the sales people will sound like they know what they are talking about (actually just ultimate con artists), even the reviews on this website are completely FAKE.

They sounded nice when they phoned after a long time of being uncontactable and said they were going to send my money back i gave 2800 eu to refund the taxes they had paid and then someone else took over saying i had made even more profit and the transaction was incomplete an needed more to register an e wallet i had no more to give and didnt believe the guy either, i connected to an established e wallet and he pretended to show the money was there but an it wise person with me spotted what he was doing and he hung up after some protesting. I have not heard further and still dont have my money back nor the extra tax refund

Please stay away from them it is a total scam. I don't have enough space to tell you full details. £250 deposit is just to hook you in. I made another deposit of about £ 57,896.00 and it came out my account twice. Do not go on any Desk with them.
I had arguments with 3 different so called managers one was cursing down the phone at me. I left a review here before mentioning names and my original manager phoned and said if I take the review down I will get my money. I took the review down and I got some of my money. God so kind, Luckily I came across a comment on a recovery website that recommended a funds recovery expert on binary/forex and bitcoin recovery, in the person of Mr Dave Rogers, and i contacted him immediately through his email address and explained my issues with my investment broker to him, God so kind, him and his team worked relentlessly to recover my funds, and was able to build a case on the scam broker with the informations I provided about my trading experience and my funds refunded back to me within a week interval, i was able to get access to my funds back with his help, I still can't believe how possible it is to get my invested capital back, including my bonus my with the company. So after my ordeal with Get-financial dating back to March 2019, I'm still waiting on them to refund my investment. I've now taken legal action, but to track this company down is a challenge.
I get a call on the 6th Nov from their 'finance' department stating that they are in the process of refunding their clients, due to fraudulent brokers that ruined the company's reputation. So the finance department transferred me to their manager who need to take me through the steps for them to refund my investment. After a very suspicious screenshare via AnyDesk, I soon realised that its another trick in order to get (steal) more investment from me. This guy called Richard Wales (who is in Jessica's finance team, along with Justin White) blatantly try to transfer a Bitcoin value from my crypto wallet to GetFinancial's... his explanation was that he needs to link the accounts before he can do any transfers of funds... AGAIN, it's ALL bulls&*t
