Web site promised forms in under 1 hour. Only AFTER paying (including a "processing fee" that was not disclosed up front) and filling out the forms was I told that it would be 3-10 business days, or I could rush it for another $89.
STAY AWAY! This site is run by scammers who do not deliver what they promise.
Easy to use site. Very easy to scroll through the pages and plug in the information. Also I appreciate the privacy & time. No hassles. Entire service is easy to understand.

I started the process did the questionnaire was told my stuff was under review. After that I decided that I did not want the service. I requested that my service be canceled and asked for a refund. They refused a refund told me that because I filled the questionnaire out that I did not rate a refund unless the courts rejected the paperwork. I did not receive any paperwork or anything and it was awaiting review. I asked for there not to be a review and to issue a refund, so now they didnt review it and there is an option to download the paperwork which I still did not do all i want is my money back for a service that I do not want. So I paid nearly $200 for answering a questionnaire. It is a complete sham I would not suggest ever using this.
I had an easy process and everything was self explanatory. I am thankful for services such as these. Entire interview section was self explanatory and presented in a logical manner.
It was clear, concise, and understandable. Provided a service that is normally stressful, this service was a welcome relief. You can do everything from your home and do not have to reveal your personal information to any attorney who normally charges huge for a simple divorce.

They use forms that are downloaded for free from the state, Then just fill them out. Took over a month for them to fill out the forms. Was not satisfied asked for refund was told no since I downloaded the forms, but it is the only way to see them. Since they were not giving me a refund I said that I needed corrections to the forms. Month later I still do not have the corrected forms. No one answers emails or phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
My experience so far has been an easy journey, My soon to be ex (OH SO THANK YOU) and I both filled the papers out together which made this process that much easier. Both parties have to provide such detailed information about each other, so us being in good standing with one another helped a great deal. The questions in this interview are easy to understand, and there was not a bunch of legal jargon that had to be googled. So my next step is to actually go with my soon to be ex to the court house to file our divorce papers together. I would definitely recommend this site if you have a non contested divorce.
