I filled out the forms which their website does make very easy to do. However the courts didn't accept the paperwork. No professional from their company contacted me to help me fill out the paperwork so the courts would accept it. I requested a refund and my money has not been refunded. I wouldn't waste my money on this. Total ripoff. I regret giving them my money. Don't do it.
