I got the papers in the mail but it was missing one page on my child. Tried and tried to get the one page. Never got it. Then I got a message that my registration had expired. The whole stack of papers is useless without the one. Cannot even log in to ask for a refund and now nobody will answer my emails. Wasted $166.

I have been going back and forth with my bank disputing these charges. I sent in several disputes to Getdivorcepapers with no answer or follow up. I never got any paperwork as they never completed them, I still have not got an answer on my refund. Now all I get is I cant request one because it has been over 60 days even though I requested it within the time frame with no response. Now I am out 144 dollars and still had to pay and find another option for my documents as this company never fulfilled the services they "guarantee". I will be submitting a fraud request to the better business bureau as well. I never got the service that they took the money for.
Is been great working with u guys, am looking forward to just download the forms n send it to the court house. I hope the questions I did not answer does not affect the process in any way. But in all is been awesomely great, thank u guys
This people intend to say they get your divorce papers ready for total cost of $139 but than after you pay the non refundable $139 they come out with many extra costs or else you need to wait 10 business days to get your forms ready to download, total fraud and scammer

Overall I feel this is a very easy app to use. However, I feel the personal questions about your spouses income and monthly expenses are hard to answer if you are not communicating. Glad this was an option, saved me a great deal of money.
This process although long was informative. It remains to be seen if it produces the result that is needed by me. That is, the annulment without an exorbitant cost and without an attorney.

This company must have paid for reviews, because this is a scam. Their website looks very professional and they were quick to take my money, however...
I started this incredibly difficult process in Oct. 2017. It is now the end of December and they have not sent me any paperwork. When I called a month ago to complain, they said they would ship the paperwork with 3-5 business days. That was a month ago. Today I called asking for a refund and they said I was not eligible because the paperwork has been processed and they would be sending it to me within the next 3-5 business days. They refused to refund me. Every time Ive called, Ive spoken to the same 2 people, who claim to be in Delaware, really?
Unfortunately theres nothing I can do but understand that they took my money and the company is a shell for doing just that. Please, if you are going through something so emotional, just use a local REAL attorney. So sad.

Getting a divorce has been very difficult due to not knowing the where abouts of my spouse. I would like this chapter of my life to come to an end and the divorce will complete this goal. I believe this process although intensive but allowed me to get divorce without any other hassles.
If you had no children and you were not requesting spousal support, those documents could be skipped completely. Otherwise, the process was very simple and very fast.
Completing the forms this way is the best, more private and I do not feel intimated by court personnel. I am at ease and know that I can get on with my life.
