The process overall is fairly simple, especially if both parties agree on terms. The interview process is great because if you need to take a break and walk away for a while or even a day, you can. It preserves the dignity of those who have been a victim of adultery and take too hard to deal with face to face questions about details from an attorney.

Going through this for the first time, this company made it extremely easy and less stressful for me. It was a lot cheaper then the lawyers that I had spoken with. I would recommend this company.
The site was easy to use, and that was pretty much the only positive thing about this experience.
I tried to call them (during office hours) but they were closed. I emailed them and they were then able to write back and say that they would ship my documents.
Almost a month later, still no paper work. I emailed and they didn't email back. I chatted with them on the site and they let me know that the documents were never shipped.
I told them I was very disappointed and that this was terrible service and that they were very hard to reach. And they didn't seem to care.
Stay away.
Execllent service anyone wants to get divorce they shoulde use this site GETDIVORCEPAPERS.COM easy and chape. Easy to navigate but just a little repetitive... this is also a good thing.
Very easy to navigate thorough and the live chat function was the best for all my questions. The person whom responded really seemed like they knew their stuff.
You pay $145 upfront, spend HOURS filling out their badly worded forms, then when youre done, they charge you $80 for parenting classes, but dont even offer dates / times or locations to choose from, and another $25 for "shipping". When I questioned them about the extra $105 they charged me, they told me the forms needed to be printed on "special paper" in a "special font" or the courts wont accept. When I called them on this lie, I got a very terse response of "we dont deal with refunds, you need to email -------".
Their "Highest Rated Customer Care" is ONE girl that barely was able to help. I know its only ONE girl, because I contacted their customer care 4 seperate times, over 3 days, and she is the only one that ever answered. Odds of that are pretty small.
Also, when you websearch for reviews about them, the top results are all FAKE review pages. Some of them arent even very good FAKE review pages, because they have 100 5-star reviews, but ALL of them are from the same two days in 2016.
I shouldve done more research on them, and now I have to dispute these charges through my bank, and start this painful process all over again. No one to blame but myself for trying to save a buck.

Just as I suspected. They emailed me through this site and asked for my initial review to be deleted while they worked on my situation. Do you think they made good on getting me the remainder of my paperwork? Nope but I wasn't surprised in the least. I haven't wasted my time calling them back just to be lied to again and again. Paid over $230 for a dissolution and my packet was incomplete, it needed 5 more documents. Emailed the company well over 60 days ago and no response. I disputed the charges with my bank and when I contacted them today I was told I was not eligible for a refund even though it clearly states on their website that if it's rejected through the courts that they will refund your money. Stay as far away from these people as you can. I am out $230 of my hard earned money and no further along in my dissolution than I was when I started. Total and complete scam artists. Drive down the road, roll your window down and throw your money out, you will feel much better.
I paid their upfront fees and paid for expedited papers, then no papers arrive and with that they then proceed to charge another $39.95 for a monthly subscription that I never wanted. Phoned them up the day before they charged me and they promised it wont go thru. GUESS what they charged my card and then today said they will not refund and to top it off when I download the forms they were out of date for Georgia.

Thank you this is much less stress on my behalf. My x-spouse and on are on good terms this made this so much easier as we are just both ready to end this chapter of our lives.
After filling out the paperwork and paying the fee I awaited for divorce documents to be mailed to me as promised on the site. I never received the paperwork. After calling "James" the manager I was denied a refund. James indicated that he works the business out of his basement.
This process was so smooth and easy. I took me no time to get through the documentation requested. Thanks for making at least this part of our separation easy.

The interview was very detailed. I am doing this process without legal representation so I appreciated the attention to detail. I was not sure about a particular question but received an immediate response using the Live chat option.

We apologize for the inconvenience you had. The system charged you extra because during the procedure you selected the options for parenting classes and shipping. It was clearly written that extra charges will apply. But still you selected those options.
If you purchase extra services than it is quite obvious that system will charge you extra this doesn't mean that we are scam. We have refunded your parenting class fees as well as shipping fees right away and bank will take 2 working days to reflect the funds in your account.
A company can put 100 or 200 fake positive reviews but having over 180000 fake positive reviews is not even possible. However we respect your opinion.
