I actually purchased mine from their website, but thought it would still be helpful to potential buyers on other websites. I was so excited to buy this after seeing Emily D Baker talk about it in a YouTube video. I got it and LOVED it. One week later, the light stopped working. That kind of upset me, but I still loved the product, however, being I paid $24 for it, it would have been nice if it actually worked. Reading other reviews, I'm not alone nor having the light. I checked the website to see if I could order a new one. Sold out. The checked if I could just buy a new wand. Nope. I emailed customer service to ask about a new wand. I even offered to pay for it, even though I really shouldn't have had to. Response? Never. I guess they just want you to keep buying new ones. I purchased over $150 but couldn't even have the courtesy of a return email. It's a shame. I'll never buy a thing from this company and will continue posting this review anywhere it is sold. Maybe that will help get a reply.
So I purchased my Emily D Baker lip gloss and forgot to input my discount code, emailed them and in less than and hour I recieved a nice email and a refund. Then when the light wasn't working on the wand, the got back to me quickly about either a replacement or store credit, then when i went to buy the knight rider lipstick I forgot to apply the credit, again quickly suoer nice email and credit applied. This is the best service for an online product I've ever recieved and I adore my new lip glosses. I recommend the products I've tried but I truly am reviewing the AMAZING customer service I recieved.
I've ordered a few times from this company and shipping is always fast. Lip products are great as well as setting sprays!
