Nice site and easy to nav. Prices competitive and shipping seems quick and not extremely over priced. Part worked as you would expect a new part.
Only thing that I would suggest is to make the wire harness optional as this would allow a lower price for the assembly.
Or provide a connection diagram and send the Wire Harness not connected. That way the end user can use existing harness in their stove and not have to disassemble the stove more than needed. Also keeps from having to remove new harness from new assembly.

Easy to order online. I was able to find the right parts, order the parts, and have them delivered without any other involvement. Quick shipment, arrived as expected, worked as expected.
Price is a little higher than elsewhere but if it really shows up in 2 or 3 days it is worth it. I wrote that before I received the order. It took over two weeks or me to get my parts. I contacted them after 5 days or so and they said some of the parts (I ordered 2 lawn mower blades) were out of stock. Their website did not indicate this when I placed the order. They said they would have the parts in day or two and I would have them two days after that. I waited another week and contacted them again. I think the response wasn't until the next day but they said the order had shipped. It had, I received them two days later.

It took me at least 6 or 7 attempts to finally enter the payment stage of filling out the online form. The system simply froze and would not let me complete the transaction.
I waited another day and it finally accepted it. I also got mixed reports that said there were 19 available and then another time when it said out of stock. A confusing message. Just happy that it hopefully "took" and my kitchen aid food processing replacement bowl will arrive correctly. Thank you
