Genuine Replacement Parts

More product dimensions would be helpful. The product had a small plastic fin on the shaft that had to be cut off to make it fit, since it is a replacement part and not an original installation and couldn't dismantle the machine. This didn't show up in photos or description. It would have been helpful.

Great price. It was the exact part I needed. Only disappointment was when I ordered, the site said it would be delivered on Thursday. When my payment was confirmed, the site reported it would arrive on Monday. Those 4 days created a real mess for me.

This is the only site I found that actually lists this product as a replacement for my originals. Other site just say that they're compatible with etc. This is a real concern to me. I feel more confident that the product I will receive is identical to what I have.

I wish I could have found my part from the model number of my refrigerator. I had to find another site that could give me that information, then back to your site to purchase. I do like that you listed all the model numbers on the part's page, though, so I could verify it was the correct part for my refrigerator.

The first order was the wrong item and a new order had to be shipped with the correct item. Other than that, the second order was processed quickly to replace the first and the part arrived and has been installed. I just had to order another part, so we will see how it goes this time.

Price for parts were very good and received them in one day. One part was defective and new part came quickly after I emailed to customer support and it was easy to return defective part with the enclosed return label.

Price is very favorable plus part is advertised that it is made by the manufacturer, so that was great. The only option for shipping was 2 Day, but the part arrived on the third day (not counting Sunday - otherwise it would have been the fourth day).

It would be nice to have an expedited shipping option available. I would have been happy to pay (a reasonable) extra amount to get the product a couple days faster, since my kitchen is torn up and I can't fix it until I get this part.

Part (gasket) was so so wrinkled upon arrival that it never relaxed enough to seal correctly. Upon following further directions from a freezer repairman, the gasket was permanently damaged because of not being able to get it to set correctly because of how it was packaged.

The new fan motor looked nothing like the old one. The old one was in a sealed plastic case full of electronic stuff, the new one is an open simple motor. The new one had the wrong connections on the wires, I had to cut them off and re-attach the old wires to the new motor. Not at all what I expected to get. But the end result is a freezer that once again freezes.
