The order was easy to place. The price was reasonable. However, the reason I selected this retailer in the first place was that it said "2-day delivery". I figured 3 days was more realistic, and I was satisfied with that. Well after the 4th day I hadn't even received a confirmation email, or a "your item has shipped" email. We tried to call, but they were closed. That's when I tried to reach customer service. It seemed my only option was email. It took several days to get a response. The part came before they responded. I will not do business with this company again.
