First time ordering from this website and was super nervous to receive my new Samsung glass cooktop. The delivery time was faster than expected and the glass cooktop came in good shape. They have saved me from buying a brand new stove.

With the first delivery the item was 4 days late and item was broken upon opening the box. The lack of being able to call and talk to a customer service representative was frustrating. They kept asking for pictures which I delivered several times in very typical common picture formats but for some reason that defied logic my pictures were not received and I would again be asked to send pictures. This went on for probably a week. Fortunately and I am not sure what I did different but eventually customer service acknowledged my pictures were received and a replacement was shipped. Delivery time was much better on the replacement, it was not broken upon arrival, and we once again have ice.
Not being able to talk to someone would really make me question myself before I purchased from your group again.

The items I ordered for my range perfectly. It looks almost new now and is 30 years old. We chose to repair instead of replace. I am happy with this decision.
