We were happy to find the part in stock since we needed it for a customer very quickly. We asked for it to be over nighted and it took four days for it to get here. That was not cool with the customer. The product was fine and it was just what we needed.

There was no feedback from company whatsoever. Fortunately I had the foresight to print my invoice when I ordered otherwise I would have had no record of it. Company did not send even an email acknowledging my order, much less letting me know its status. The invoice has no contact info on it - no email address, no phone number, not even a website URL. 6 days after placing my order, checking it online, after having to search for the URL, status was given as "Processing". 3 days later it showed up. Very unhappy with that aspect of ordering. However, they did have the right part at an acceptable price, though shipping was actually a higher cost than the part, and they did send it, so at least the overall transaction was a success.

I then get a email saying the part will be delayed for 3 more days. Tried calling and pay for expedited shipping, no can do. BE careful- they will bait you with shipping!
Your price was 327% higher than other offer's on line. I thought I was working with the original mfgr not a resale agent.
