I'm not sure how this company got any good reviews at all. It's horrible. Orders come damaged. You can't get a refund. Multiple calls and emails with no response. Customer service hangs up on you. Run from this company.

I found the replacement part I needed and it was cheaper than going thru the store we bought the fridge from. Update after receiving part. I received the part quickly via a national carrier and it was a perfect replacement for the original part of my fridge that I was replacing. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will certainly look to this site again if I need any further parts for my fridge.

I sent an e-mail asking about a specific detail and never got a response back. I hope the part I purchased is the correct one or else it will be a wast of time and money. Besides that, the set up is easy to navigate and search.
When I received the item it had been shipped in a bag and one of the metal parts that inserts in the plug was bent. Better packaging is suggested for parts that have fragile areas such as this one. Besides that everything was great and worked well. Thank you!
Your website was awesome. After ordering I had a question about the order and looked up the part number that I ordered and the part number had changed. This caused some confusion but after a number of frustrating emails it was resolved. I haven't installed the part as of yet so I'm not sure my ratings are accurate.
If I remember correctly there were no sizes on the website. I ordered what I thought was for my oven model unfortunately they are 1' too wide and I need to return or exchange.
