I received the ice maker in record time. Out with the old and in with the new in about one hour. Most of the time was consumed by shutting of the water and power and looking for the screws I dropped in the freezer!

Door gasket shipped and arrived quickly. Since I'm a "do it yourselfer" it would have been nice to have a diagram or instructions. Previously someone installed the old seal/gasket backwards so I copied that and it wouldn't seal. Thankfully YouTube has some videos.I have now reinstalled it correctly.

Return merchandise to company after receiving 7 days prior. The merchandise is new and unused and return pay by our own money to ship it back to the company. I contact to company several time requesting refund for my 85 years old mother-in-law gasket freezer which after given the model number, still ship the wrong parts.
The original box was water damage, so return in a new box via post office. Company refused to issue refund because it was not in original box, but I explain what happen to the box and return it in new box without using the product still new.
The company fraudulent misrepresent their return policy and use of bullying and intimidating to their customer. I am trying to resolve this issue for my 85 mother in law freezer gasket.
I believe the company is using bait and switch on their customer by stating one thing and not abide to their own return policy. After further research, I see this has happen to other customers.
I file a formal complaint to BBB, FTC regarding their tacks on elderly

The part wasn't the one to fix the oven but that wasn't your fault. I thought shipping was way too expensive for the part.could have been sent in a padded envelope.
