Ordered a heating element for a dryer. The reason I choose this company was they said one day delivery for $7.95, ordered late Wednesday night and was told it would be delivered by Friday. Finally received from UPS the following Monday night at 8:14 PM. I thought they should of at least refunded the 1 day delivery fee. They told me sorry nothing they can do.

I was pleasantly surprised by the time I received my order, the quality of the item, and how thorough they were with making sure I received the item. The price was also fantastic! And I had done my home work on finding a good deal!
Very easy to navigate through the process. The kit came with hose clamps that were too big and did not fit within the slotted areas on the hose. I had to buy a hose clamp kit from Lowes to get the right hose clamp. Other than that, it was a pleasurable experience.

Though the prices for the parts are competitive, the customer service is terrible. They listed the wrong part number for a power control board which did not match the picture. As such they sent me the wrong part due to the error on their website...then they insisted that they sent the correct part and it will fit my stove! My stove had 3 extra plugs that needed to be plugged in but the new board they sent had no place to accomodate them. They insisted that their "research" was correct and the board will work. AND, no body EVER answers the phone for customer service. NEVER buy from these vendors! Be warned...
