Poor Consumer Care Response
September 28, 2022

I recently contacted General Mills regarding my recent purchase of their Old El Paso taco shells. The boxes were crawling with tiny insects when I opened them. After submitting pictures and my concerns, plus subsequent follow-up questions and pictures, I finally received a coupon to replace the products. They coupons for the products came with a form letter, 6 weeks after my complaint. I'll throw them in the garbage before I ever purchase this product again.

I have been eating these for years but am stopping. Hate that they use canola oil that hardens arteries. Hate the new packaging that requires scissors to open. I hate this product now, wont buy again, and wonder how General Mills is so stupid about food and packaging when that is their only business.

Bugs inside box
July 16, 2023

I am absolutely disgusted by what was inside of our box of Reeces Peanut Butter Puffs. We opened the bag and literally hundreds of tiny black / red bugs were inside the box enjoying the cereal before me. I will never buy another box of cereal again after dealing with that and a $400 exterminator fee as the bugs keep appearing in my brand new kitchen. Absolutely disgusting.

I TRIED CALLING GM ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS IN MY BREAKFAST BAR. IT STATES THAT IT HAS "BIO-ENGINEERED FOOD PRODUCTS " AS AN INGREDIENT. THE PEOPLE I TALKED TO ARE FROM THE PHILIPPINES AND HARD TO UNDERSTAND. THEY GAVE ME A RUNAROUND AND HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THESE INGREDIENTS ARE. JUST ANOTHER WOKE COMPANY THAT I WILL NEVER SUPPORT AGAIN.

The cinnamon brand of keto cereal leaves an awful after taste. It taste like soap. We do like the chocolate, but are forced to buy the two boxes together. We purchased it at Costco.

General Mills is using modified corn starch in their Chex Mix snacks.

I prefer not to eat products containing GMO when I'm trying to eat natural to be healthy!
