Because our primary health insurance reimbursement was delayed, Generali closed our claim. Our attempt to reopen, our address change, and our required paperwork was acknowledged in a return email, but NO further communication has been received. No way to speak to a human employee. The website continues to post that our claim is closed. Use Generali IF you want to waste your money, and IF you enjoy dealing with AI.
