My insurance agent Noah went above and WAY beyond to get me insured. Farmers insurance dropped us because we live in the California mountains. I couldn't find anyone to insure us. Noah set me up that same day. Helped me with California fire insurance and DIC insurance. He worked late on a Sunday to help us. Who does that anymore? Bamboo does! I see Noah as a part of the family now.

Rahman was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He responded quickly and helped us secure homeowners insurance after being cancelled by our long time insurer (in CA but with a wildfire risk of zero).

Bamboo insurance notified us that our homeowner's insurance policy will be cancelled due to the fact that the insurance company no longer covers our area. They found similar insurance in coverage and price. It was very smooth and easy.

As you know it's difficult to get good customer service this day and age. I have to say they were on top of it. I worked with Brandi and she was fantastic!

After falling victim to the California insurance company exodus I found myself in need of insurance with no time to spare. Thanks to Mark Coleman and Bamboo Insurance my problem was solved. I got in touch with Bamboo after Farmers increased my rate arbitrarily by 75%. Noah was great and I ended up with *more* coverage for 60% less. I strongly recommend getting in touch with Bamboo if you feel like you're paying too much for home owners insurance and not getting enough coverage.

After attempting for over a week to change my $8,000 California Fair Plan Policy to monthly installments & dealing with 4 other agents who not only failed to make the change but never followed up with phone calls or emails, the deadline for changing the payments before my policy expired, came & went. Steven not only managed to make the change for me, despite the deadline, he was able to post my first payments same day which I was told was impossible by agents at CFP when I contacted them directly. I am so grateful to Steven for turning what was the most frustrating customer service I have ever experienced into a saving grace. After loosing my coverage due to my old insurer not covering California homes anymore, and amidst the chaos of homeowners insurances in California, I recieved a reasonable quote within hours and purchased the policy shortly after.

I cannot believe how easy, seamless and professional our experience was. Our broker backed out of helping us (California and fires) and when I sent what was done for us through Bamboo, our broker wrote back "they did better than I could have for you."! Enough said.

Sign up was very fast and easy. Agent had very good advice on coverages. Overall very good so far. The user website however is very bare minimum and only allows for making payments. You can't see your policy or update anything which is not really acceptable in this day and age. All other companies have these basic features.

Noah,L. Was willing to listen and gather information to better assist me. Many insurnace companies would not even listen due to me living in California. I really appreciate the customer service across the board.
