It is a bit premature to evaluate accurately as our repair work is yet to start. But Bamboo has been responsive to all of my questions so far - to my relief & even gratitude, especially the claims agent. She was reassuring & wonderful.

I live near some hills in Southern California AND I had a couple of major plumbing issues over the last two years that led my former insurance company to drop me. While dealing with your representative, Noah, was fine, the connection between Homesite, Bamboo, Travelers, etc., was more than confusing and not clarified from the outset.
