Would give 0 stars if I could. Due to sales agent (Jay Vallone) error, our policy was listed with the wrong name. 10mins after I submitted payment I told him about the issue and he threw it into a queue. We then had to cancel the policy and reissue a brand new one that took 7 days holding up our entire house closing process and making our seller have to go to extreme lengths. 3 weeks later I still have 2 open house policies with literally no communication whatsoever from customer service despite repeated calls and emails. I will never use Bamboo again and am now looking at not using this home insurance at all.
Bamboo insurance notified us that our homeowner's insurance policy will be cancelled due to the fact that the insurance company no longer covers our area. They found similar insurance in coverage and price. It was very smooth and easy.

The agent that helped me was very knowledgeable. I received a quote in a few hours. He explained to me how the homeowner's insurance works. He was very patient. It didn't work out for us. But it certainly is not because of the agent. We received a quote that was lower.
