Having decided to put a little money in cryptocurrency, I took advantage of a special incentive offer Gemini was making and signed up. On the first day, I had a question about how to fund my account. It took them several days to answer. The gist of the reply was that I could only fund the account via wire transfer - not by ACH. Well, by then it was too late to qualify for the incentive. I raised this with their customer support, and without argument, they agreed. I got the incentive, but more importantly, I got proof that Gemini is a good company that does the right thing.

I never write reviews but this got me. I had 2 fraudulent charges on my Gemini credit card from an unrecognized merchant. When I tried to dispute the charges I was double-charged by Gemini claiming it was "interests" added on. So basically I'm being charged $85 from NOTHING and then another $85 from Gemini. I'm down $170 for doing NOTHING. The customer service is a joke. These people are criminals and need to be sued.

Don't trust Gemini! I tried to send crypto but they put a security hold on my account. I jumped through every hoop and sent proof that this is my account multiple times like they requested and they still won't release the hold on MY money! Don't let Gemini steal your money too!

In august 2023 my account was frozed and i was denied access for reason i am still unaware communion, with va zer, trail lead 2 getting my customary dues. I dont advise the use of gemini as your platform.

I am totally disappointed about this cypto business, I tought they were legit but Its BSS! Do not attend to this website, customer service dont even know what are they doing on there, a waste of money and time. I received a splash screen saying " your account has been frozen" one week has passed and I've messaged Gemini support, as they do not even have a phone number anywhere, and to date no explanation why my account was frozen and I cannot access my funds. Gemini support refuses to give me a simple explanation as to why is going on. And this week was extremely important in the markets. Now I wonder if I'll even get the money I deposited back. DO NIT GIVE GEMINI YOUR MONEY, may as well just hand it to a stranger you cannot contact.
