I think it's a mature and professional platform, i invested for some coin pairs, and the platform data correspond with market.

I am giving one star because as much as I love Binance for trading and investing I got scammed a large sum of money and I fail for it and paid the said scammers a huge sum of money true my Binance wallet then I made I contacted support team to see how they can assist me nab the said scammers it was all to no avail little or no results from them I contacted Nexaright and they reimbursed me in a matter of days

I like Binance trading volumes but the customer support is slow. By the way, there are so many unregulated brokers online these days and I almost lost all my money with one of them, Tradecoin by name. I invested about $35,000 with them and at first, the transactions were moving fine. Suddenly, they just got online and started telling me to pay for taxes which I did and when I requested to make withdrawal, my account was logged out. My account manager couldn't do anything to help me out. At this point, I got the clear message that I was scammed and I quickly reached out to Black Rock Consult Pro and I'm glad I got back my money within days. Binance is a scam
I had been using Binance for a couple of years and believed it to be a legitimate business.
Some day ago out of the blue they closed my account.
No explanation. When I contacted them they refused to give any explanation. This is not behaviour consistent with a regular financial institution.
Binance continue to lie. They refused to give any explanation and have blocked me from getting my money out. This company is not to be trusted. Clearly there is some kind of scam going on.

I was able to recover my funds and my account recovered with the help of the name on my profile.

Binance Frozen my account and will not let get my funds back. I've sent everything they have requested, bank statements, completion certificates, trading accounts from different exchanges, passports, driving licenses, etc. Every time you go on the chat you get told something different. They are uncontactable only through chat, they are stealing people's money with the excuse of safeguarding. I'm just grateful that I was able to get my coins out. The rate of account hacking is very high here,I was also a victim of this, my wallet was hacked and all my btc was stolen. Lost over $30k worth of btc. It was devastating for me but eventually I found a way out. I discovered an anti fraud agency named briskclaim( you sould check out their site if you've been a victim) and I filed a complaint to them, giving them full detail of the occurrence and they started investigation and in less than 3 weeks they found the people involved, not only that I was refunded over 80% of my money. I never would have imagined that was possible, but truly, they're miracle workers

I filed an email complaint to B R O A D O A K - C A P I T A L C O M after this company scammed and i was able to recoup my loss. It was a long journey, too long to fit into one post but i hope other people get help too. I almost lost my sanity because of that horrid experience but grateful i got help.

Binance are con artists, won't let me withdraw my money, 2 attempts out of six it allowed me to withdraw 2000 euros or less, and charges me a fee for the withdrawal each time. The rest of the time it tells me that my withdrawal request has failed. Then it tells me to check my transaction history to find out why. When I try to check my transaction history there are no transactions listed. Disgraceful scam.

After defrauding me openly during the day of $16,000, the customer service employees seized every dollar should be given as rewards vouchers and cash-back vouchers for me as a individual customer with a trading volume of 172,000,000 (one hundred and seventy-two million dollars) during 2022, due to submitting an honest complaint about a technical defect, they and their technical team confirmed its validity, and offered a VIP subscription for two months as compensation for $16,000. I refused, so they blessed the seizure of all my rewards by their employees.

Binance is a good crypto platform for trade. It's always provide me the best courses to USDT! Totally love it and don't want to search another one. The verification process was fast (for such companies) and I passed it for only for 3 days

My experience with them was not the best at all. I was unable to make any withdrawals from my account after several withdrawal requests until i suddenly received a message from them that my account has been shut and i was denied access to my funds and crypto. I was so shocked by this and couldn't believe my eyes. All my money can't just go like that. The recovery service above were so helpful and professional in helping recover my funds and crypto back. I like binance because of the really large trading volumes, only because of them it is worth working on this exchange.

But the tools for trading on this exchange are more hooch than bitforex and other specialised exchanges are full of.

Easy to deposit funds but IMPOSSIBLE to sell. I tried selling. Regardless of what option I clicked to pay into (Mastercard, Visa, overseas Visa and even my Binance cash balance), it came up with the following excuses:
