I have tried to get an account with Binance US and there was an issue with the ID verification and login issues, I have been trying to sign up for services. I have given the persons from the company more identification than necessary, talked with maybe 5 or 6 different people through emails and 10 days later no one has fixed the issue. I don't understand how such an easy issue to fix, is such a difficult problem at hand due to the lack competent persons.

Binance Frozen my account and will not let get my funds back. I've sent everything they have requested, bank statements, completion certificates, trading accounts from different exchanges, passports, driving licenses, etc. Every time you go on the chat you get told something different. They are uncontactable only through chat, they are stealing people's money with the excuse of safeguarding. I'm just grateful that I was able to get my coins out. Help get my coin, being unregulated gives them a license to do what they want …. I strongly advise staying well clear from binance

After defrauding me openly during the day of $16,000, the customer service employees seized every dollar should be given as rewards vouchers and cash-back vouchers for me as a individual customer with a trading volume of 172,000,000 (one hundred and seventy-two million dollars) during 2022, due to submitting an honest complaint about a technical defect, they and their technical team confirmed its validity, and offered a VIP subscription for two months as compensation for $16,000. I refused, so they blessed the seizure of all my rewards by their employees.

Their communication is deceptive. They restricted my ability to withdraw funds (and others from various other countries) without mentioning thi to their customers. I read multiple reports in the news about how Binance has deceived the government, lied and manipulated to get their way. They are not a trustworthy company.

Binance is the one of top crypto buy and sell crypto and trade with many features and earning methods. I use this site daily and its my second job to earn money from Home. No skills needed just a courage and pocket money to start.

I have heard a lot of complaints about people loosing their money or coins to scammers online, i would like to give out my own opinion about this, if you by any chance loss your money, bitcoin or credit card to this scammers they is a little or no chance for you to get it back with the help of your local police but how ever i have a friend been in that situation before but with the help of a recovery company called modusintegral.com they was able to recover his losses that was stolen.

Binance is my top favorite crypto exchange platform, after years of use I still use it everyday and I like almost everything about it.
On Binance mobile app android sadly we still get log out from time to time (too often I could say) but everything else is perfect.

Recently I have some questions to their customer service. In my experience they were a bit slowly

The registration is a bit complicated since they ask for a 'live selfie' and if you do it wrong (which I did 4 times), you need to do it again and again (find the error in the attachment)
As soon as I finished and proceed to the next stage, which is the trading platform- everything was way better and easy to use.
Too bad the on boarding is a bit long and hard.

I can say this after my experience with him so please avoid this company by all means. I invested over 2 months a sum of 157,000 euros with intelbondfx, but they took off with my money. 'W' kept requesting for money with different excuses. It was until I reported to cp-investigation (.) comm that forced a charge-back from intelbondfx before my withdrawal was processed. Investors should avoid brokers like this.

Nothing good can come out of indulging with this site. You have more chance of success by pouring water into a basket than with them. I was thought a lesson the hard way by these scammers. Thankfully i reported to Tradersfundsrecovery. COM! And now my issues have been resolved and I can smile again.
